Our driver, Mike was great. He was waiting for us as expected and provided us with great information about the sites we were seeing on our ride from Airport to Hotel. Would highly recommend.

This was a great service. The taxi driver met us in the airport after we got through customs. And we had them come and pick us up from our rental and take us back to the airport. Great service, very reasonable prices, nice new taxis.

Thief - he knew where we wanted to go and took us 30 minutes out of the way. Made an obvious fake “ hands in the air” gesture of “you gave me wrong directions” after we handed our phone to him when he asked where we were going. We offered to call hotel but he told us not to. He knew exactly where we wanted to go, finally got us there and no attempt to compensate. When asked “how much” he just pointed to the meter. Charged us 85 euros for a 45 euro trip. No receipt, and when we gave him 100 euros, he only gave back 5. Guess he decided to give himself a 10 euro tip. Beware.

At the end of a really long flight, it was great to know that there would be no stress when arriving. We organise for transfers and each one was on time every time. The staff are really courteous and helpful and the service provided was great value for money. Thoroughly recommend to anyone else!

Taxi drivers in Athens are scammers! They tell you one price and double it once you arrive at destination claiming airport surcharge on top of taxi meter.

We waited in the taxi line jumped in when it was our turn and headed into the city centre.
I now know that the max is 50€ well they saw us coming didn’t they we paid 70€.
When we finished we said where is the taxi meter he looked at us and said 65€ ok ok like he was doing is a favour and then he didn’t have change and we were melting in 40c heat we said it’s ok ok and walked into our hotel.
So yeah we got stitched up good be careful

Booked this service on the Internet. Athens airport to Lilia Hotel, Piraeus 55 euros. Taxi was waiting when we arrived. Great service. No deposit or credit card. We paid in Euros. Would highly recommend.

Waited in the taxi rank queue, ushered into a cab waiting. Driver was pleasant and used google to communicate with us. So we thought….Arrived at hotel in Athens and then charged me 83 euros!!
When challenged after I took photos of his car he got very stressed and angry. Backtracked and made us feel very uncomfortable. Especially as he now knows our hotel. He then pulled out the official document of 40 euro flare rate. Tried to take me to a cash machine and wouldn’t let me leave. Very poor first impression after arriving in the country. Thankfully I only gave him 40 and he sped off. Be careful and ensure fee is confirmed before leaving the airport
