very much worth the visit but go later in the day to miss the crowds as most of the tour buses arrive at opening time.

History with chills in my spine, ancient descents, mythical gods wandering through ruins with remaining structures to look at and feel what it was in the day!

Site contains many archaeological monuments, temples and buildings. Gives you great scenic views of Athens. A guided tour will take approximately two - three hours, while on your own you may complete it in half of the time.

Great walk, great views, you might not need the multi-sites tickets if you do not plan on visiting all of them. Just do the math to make sure you will amortize the cost of the more expensive ticket. Under 18 visitors are free with proof...More

This is a spectacular site but the 20 euro price is steep. I believe it was around 12 euro last year. However children are free so that helps. You can also buy a ticket for several other sites for 10 more euro so if you...More

I visited Athens in May it's a wonderful city with lots of history and small roads to get lost in and experience the less known parts of the town. My most precious visit was the Acropolis and the Acropolis museum. The museum really shapes the...More

You can’t! They must be purchased on site. They do have signs that say online tickets coming soon but they have been up there for a long time.
