Full of young people. Sometimes per year, Runs arranged, streets closed and we run through those beautiful areas of Athens! It would be wonderful if you participate in a historical Race like that!

Perhaps it's my age, but I'm not a fan of graffiti on every building and much of it being non-artistic. There are a few interesting and arty murals in Psyrri, but Agias Theklas is atrocious. The place needs to be revitalised and in a positive...More

A great area to hang out in at night, it’s full of restaurants which aren’t quite as expensive as those in the plaka. Like most place in the city center it is made up of small roads full of small shops and lovely trees. When...More

Monastiraki
Monastiraki is a souvenir-hunting enclave with a
difference. Apart from the dramatic backdrop of the
Acropolis, its network of alleys and pedestrianized

Roman agoras, adding the quaint concept that this is
where the ancients also came to shop. Named after the
tiny monastery church at its center, Monastiraki
