This place is good to have a meal once or twice. Very lively area, full of people and small shops. It is like a small beautiful village. You should definitely not miss it.

Plaka, an area for tourists to shop at your own risk. We did not buy anything here, but the food at one of the outdoor hardens was very good.

Best place to stay in Athens. Everything is near by: historic sites, restaurants, bars and clubs. You don't even have to take a cab, you can walk everywhere

We went to Plaka several times for dinner. There is a huge array of Greek restaurants with good food, atmosphere, Greek dancing and guitar playing. It is a very nice piece of the older town of Athens.

Lots to do in the Plaka district. This is where I believe most tourist hang out. Many shops with trinkets and olive oil shops and leather sandal shops. Many places to eat. Good way to spend an afternoon.

squares, some notable museums and the beautiful
Mitropolis cathedral, as well as a host of places to
stay, eat and drink. Its pedestrian zones make it a
pleasant place to escape from the city’s notorious
traffic. Adrianou and Kidathineon Streets contain a
