It was wonderful but the tour guide and up the hill was much more impressive. This just let me see the things that were not up there. Paying a real tour guide is worth it

The museum was extraordinary. The top floor felt like it must have been walking around the Acropolis. Exhibits were easy to access.

When visiting Athens this museum is a gem! I am not happy about the architecture of the actual building but the exhibits are wonderful! Have a drink or a coffee at the cafe with stunning views over the Parthenon!

the Acropolis and forested Filopappou Hill, well worth
climbing for more great panoramas, until it merges
with Dionysiou Areopagitou Street. This leads to the

Not for the museum; we used Rick Steves audio guide for the Acropolis itself when we went up and learned so much about it. They have 2 movies that play in the museum that give you more info on what you're looking at. They... More

We paid for a multi-ticket for all the main attractions but I think just the museum was only 5 Euro.
