We perform checks on reviews.
Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

From what I understand this is a private museum. It's on a side street off the main drag of the Plaka. It was a lot of fun with dioramas of past professions - hurdy gurdy, washerwoman, shoeshine boy, etc. The lifesize mannequins are animated and move as visitors come close!

I made a reservation on their website for a specific time and recevied an automated email confirmation. I turned up at the entrance and the place never opened. I even called and could hear the phone ringing inside but no answering machine ever picked up. It looked interesting...

We went through the Acropolis Museum before we made our way to the Acropolis in 96 degree heat.

This is a new Museum since I was in Athens and what an addition. Excellent. Go to the third floor and see the Parthenon laid out in actual size and be sure to watch the excellent movie.

We ate outside under the Acropolis and had a wonderful view.
