I used Welcome pickups for transfer Athens airport to hotel and hotel to Pareus port. While in both instances the assigned driver changed, both transfers went very well. The drivers were very helpful and friendly. One driver was 10 minutes late but I had been informed that the driver would be a bit later than scheduled and was given a specific time that they would arrive. I was very pleased with my transfer experiences! Would use again.

We have used the metro on a number of trips from Athens airport into Athens, but this time we thought we'd prefer to get a private transfer . We thought about just getting a taxi on arrival but preferred to have something paid and organized beforehand so we didn't have to worry about it at the last minute. We were very happy with the service. It was a nice newer yellow taxi with an English speaing driver who sent us a What's App message a couple of days before, with his name and photo. On arrival at the airport he messaged us where he would pick us up, which was just outside the exit doors. He was very polite and the taxi was spotless. The transfer was great and as it was prepaid, there was no hassle when we arrived at out hotel. We had also booked and paid for a return trip to the airport when it was time to fly out from Athens to a Greek island. The same driver picked us up. We will definitely use this service again.

Once reaching our hotel, we again booked with him to go to the airport a few days later. For our second trip we were greeted as old friends and this left us with a very positive experience leaving Athens.

First tip to Europe. Asked around what would be the best way to go to and from the airport in Athens, Greece. I was told Welcome Pickups. It was very easy to book all my transportation through the app. Only issue was Visa declining the transaction, I was told it was because they go through a third party but once I approved no issues. I received notification when the driver arrived, a picture and license plate to confirm. We were lucky had one driver 3 times and the other driver once. Both very knowledgeable and friendly. Spoke good English on time and reliable.

He sent a instructions and even a video on navigating the airport prior to our arrival, way better experience than searching through a sea of name signs! He shared a ton of information about the area and where we were staying on the ride. We then had the Athens to Corinth and Nafpilo trip booked with Jim Pagratis and he is great! He was so knowledgeable and accommodating and even pre-prepares for each trip. He was in contact about before the trip with details and information. We had such a great experience that we booked a second trip to Sounion with him before we finished our first!

We used welcome pickups from Port Piraeus to our hotel in Athens. Our ferry from Mykonos was late for at least an hour. We communicated with the company via WhatsApp and they were accommodating and understanding. Our driver Elias picked us up with a sign right off where we got off from the ferry. He was very friendly, respectful and helped us with our suitcases. He also gave us some information about the city during our drive. His car was very clean.
