My first time renting a car. Was a little apprehensive beforehand because I was scared we get an old car and that they would find any excuse to take my security deposit. I couldn't be more wrong. We were greeted as soon as we landed in Heraklion airport by Andreas. Despite the fact we were ready to collect the car half an hour than originally specified it was no problem. Service was very friendly, thorough and clear explaining how the car worked, how to fill up etc and was even as kind to let us know the best spots to visit while in Crete. The car was extremely clean (inside and out), they even provided us with masks and hand gel. It was a great price and great service. i would definitely recommend if you are staying in Crete

Rented a car for one day in lobby of gouves waterpark hotel, very friendly man also speaks Dutch. Car was really new, clean and fully insured without own risk. Car was ready at the rented time at the reception where we could also return it.

Rented a car for 2 days in the lobby of Gouves waterpark hotel. Helped by a very friendly man who also speaks Dutch! Great service! Car was really clean, almost new and fully insured without own risk. Do you need a car and you’re staying nearby Gouves? Just do it. Great price also. 👍

We rented a car for 5 days from Heraklion through Leah and it was a great experience! Very easy and smooth pick-up and drop-off. Leah was replying to all of out questions immediately and she also gave us many tips and recommendations for our trip! Highly recommended!!

The service was amazing. I had a great experience. My situation was that I was in Chania with my family but with no car, and didnt have any chance to go and find one. When I found EasyAuto, they gave me a fair price and brought the car to my air bnb house. At the end I had a car for more than a month, great car, sedan. Large and wide. And when we had to fly back to our country, I surprisly told by them that Leah (the worker who was in my help) will come to me and take it. They helped me so much and I appreciate their kindness and goodness.
I dont know if it was the lowest price I could get, but again it was worth it just for the service...

The process was quick and easy without any fuss, we had a nice car which was in good condition and drove well. Hiring a car to get about to all the sites is just what you need when visiting Crete. Leah was great and efficient. She got us on our way in no time.

Hired a compact car to tour around Crete and found the service and support of Leah at Easy Auto was above and beyond. She met us at the airport on a late arrival and helped us get out towards our destination and responded immediately when we had questions. Would make Easy Auto first choice on future bookings. I rented a car from EasyAuto and all was perfect. The car was quite new and very confortable.
No problem for the car delivery at the hotel, explanations were very clear.
