I booked the taxi couple days before our arrival at heraklion airport. When we arrived the driver was already waiting for us. He helped us with the luggage and had water prepared for us too. We arrived at agios nikolaos in 45 min even though we stopped to get snack for my daughter.

Easy to book and excellent communication online. The friendly driver was waiting for us at Heraklion Airport, as arranged and arrived promptly at our hotel for the return journey. The price quoted was cheaper than what had been offered at our hotel, so all in all a great experience. Would definitely use them again. Highly recommended.

I ordered a private transfer from the airport to the hotel, and then another one from the hotel to the port. It is easy to make a reservation, prices are very good, lots of communication, drivers were on time, nice and helpful. No issue.

A professional experience from start to end. Our arrival time was a bit tricky (12:05am), and I appreciated that they contacted me to confirm the date and time. Driver was there to pick us up on time with a sign so he was easy to find. Definitely recommend.

Pre-sales service was prompt, I received taxi services quotation within a day and the price is reasonable that I took taxi from Heraklio Port to Chania, cash payment is acceptable (please make sure you use the service before u confirm the booking, be considerate!) Taxi was clean, and driver was on time and lifted a sign of your name to let you find him. Really recommended to use Crete Taxi Services!

I've used this company for transfers to/from Heraklion for several years, and they've always been very reliable. (Unlike a certain other airport transfer company which recently greeted me on arrival at Singapore Changi with a text saying my booking had been cancelled due to a shortage of cars !). CTS also send timely reminder emails the day before each transfer which adds to the certaintanty that the booking is in the system.

We book direct a return to Georgioupolis. The driver pick up direct in the arival seection at the airport and gave as some cold water. The car was in very good condition and the driver drove us safely to the hotel. The return to the airport, the driver was in time at the hotel and drove us safely and comfortable to the airport. Absolutely recommendable
