Pick Crete Transport Taxi or you will regret it. This is the most reasonably priced taxi in crete. Believe me i did lots of research. They handled our transportation all over the island of crete. They took us to Kolymbari, Chania, Heraklion and picked us up at Agios Niklaus. Vehicle’s are top knotch. It was very hot and we appreciated the excellent air conditioning in the vehicles. Drivers are friendly, hospitable and dependable.Company communicates with you very well and very easily. received responses from texts and email in seconds. They answered the phone evey time i called. I highly recommend. It was such a relief to not have to worry about getting where i needed and wanted to go on time. Thank you matthew for treating my family like your own. Your island is beautiful and the service your company provided is something you should be very proud of.

It’s always a very anxious feeling getting a taxi in a foreign country. But honestly the driver went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. He was friendly, polite and professional. He was full of knowledge and even introduced us to Greek music. On the way back to airport we decided to contact him again, he was reassuring and punctual. He even gave us a gift to take back with us. Amazing amazing service! And if I went back to crete would 100% be contacting him again for a smooth and STRESS FREE transfer.

Really amazing service We arrived to the airport at around 11pm and went to the taxi rank and was greeted with a very friendly driver. The drive was very quick and smooth, felt very safe and comfortable the whole time. The car was also very clean and a great cool temperature. We arrive at the location, but google maps had taken him to the back of the hotel (not his fault, typical maps!). He very kindly reassured us he would not leave until he found the main entrance for us and made sure we got there safely, which was really lovely. He gave us his business card and told us to WhatsApp him when we wanted to leave, and he would give us a 5 euro discount, which was lovely. On our return journey to the airport, he gave us a bottle of homemade olive oil which was really kind. Would definitely recommend!!!!

Spyros is very friendly, speaks very well english, for both trandsfers he was in time, waited with a sign and our name at the exit of the airport and excellent service with cold water for free. Very good communication by email, pick up as agreed with a Mercedes station wagon where our luggage (4 trollys) fitted perfect. Absolut fair pricing, highly recommended Transfer from airport to hotel at kreta.

Taxi driver Sypros was amazing, knowledgeable, friendly on the ride from chania airport to Hersonissos hotel. The car was spacious, clean and comfortable. All along the ride he explained about various spots to see in Crete, talked about history, people and common interests. He had a friendly,polite and humorous nature. He seemed more like a knowledgeable tourist guide for Greece and Crete. He showed us the favourite destinations on youtube and explained them, from his cab dash cam. Taxi rates were reasonable, gave access to taxi WiFi and the best memory was his friendly and helpful nature and the stories he shared along the almost 3 hours ride.He is a real asset to Crete Transport Taxi company. We had an excellant and amazing trip to Crete.

This is the second year in a row that I have used this company and on both occasions Spyros has delivered excellent service. I have pre booked a pickup from Heraklion airport to Rethymno then a week later from Rethymno to Stalis then again another week later from Stalis back to the airport. I would recommend Spyros for cost, punctuality and a all round excellent service, including interesting conversation on route.

The taxi was arranged very efficiently by email. Spyros Matthew picked us up from Heraklion Airport and drove us to Elounda. Very welcome bottles of water were provided free of charge. Spyros asked what music we preferred so we had a very comfortable smooth journey listening to Dire Straits. Spyros is very knowledgeable and should work for the Cretan tourist board! We used him for our return journey and he took us a lovely scenic route for the same cost. We have no hesitation in recommending him highly.

We meet very nice driver name Spyros. Very helpful even we doesn't speak greece, he took us to hospital and help to ogrenize other cars bcs was 9 of us. Highly recommended to everyone, trusfull and very polite. I hope i will meet you again. I have keep your number fir future. Thank you so much x
