A lovely little place, much bigger than you think when you first enter. It's really interesting to find out about the people of Crete and their more recent history.

Perfect size museum for a quick drop in, but a good exhibition. There were small collections from ancient Greece and the Minoans, through to more modern times, well displayed.

What great information on pottery bakers and the making of local traditional textiles and patterns, a tribute to living with nature on a daily basis. The museum is situated in a lovely old building in great condition, a nice inner garden, great atmosphere.
