Where to even begin with Castle Panigirakis? We had our destination wedding ceremony here and it was the absolute best decision we could have made. The view that the guests enjoyed while we got married has to be the best view on all of Mykonos. You get a direct view of Mykonos Town and, at sunset, is the most spectacular... More

My three daughters and I did the sunset yoga class in early June, 2015 and LOVED IT!!! We actually took a taxi up to the castle because of limited time but it turned out to be a wise choice because we might have struggled to find it otherwise. The class was structured very nicely - very relaxing and not too... More

I had the absolute best experience at Panigirakis Castle. The steep and tiring hike up the hill to the castle is definitely worth it when you see the view of Mykonos from the top. I did the sunset yoga which was AMAZING. The view if Mykonos and the sunset is unique and I felt like all the people who don't... More

My wife and I stayed in the cottage that sits just below the windmill for about 4 days. It was a very well designed one room with a kitchenette and a large arched window with an unbelievable view of Mykonos. There were 2 doors leading outside, one on either end of the room that were both double-paned glass allowing more... More

I hiked up here having heard about the gorgeous views and History associated with the place. When I got there, the place was closed despite clear opening hours labelled on the door (which I was well within). After walking the perimeter of the fence for several hundred metres, I noticed a driveway on the far right of the complex which... More

We visited the castle today, lovely views, can't take away from that, worth the trek up the hill (it is a trek!) but if your expecting or hoping for greenery then don't bother, every surface we crossed was dry dirt. But the view is beautiful!

My wife and I stayed three nights in the windmill -- our first time in Mykonos. Our stay was absolutely perfect and exceeded our expectations. The host Anastasi was gracious enough to pick us up from the airport and get us settled into our home for the next 3 nights. Where to start? The grounds of the Castle are beautiful,... More

If you like yoga or staying fit, doing a class at Castle Panigirakis Mykonos is MUST. Not only is the view simply BREATHTAKING, the class was one of the best I have ever participated in. Yoga takes place in a former castle on a patch of land overlooking the entire island. We watched the sunset as we flowed through moves,... More

We had several attempts at finding this place, it is not signposted and maps are unclear. We eventually parked our hire car on a dusty track and walked in the direction we thought was correct. Eventually came across a man who told us to go through an unmarked wooden door which lead to the castle. There we found dusty, barren... More
