Miles & miles of endless beach.

Beautiful beach, crystal clear waters, dunes, sand lilies. Sunbeds for those who seek to swim in luxury, and many private spots for those who want to swim away from prying eyes.

Nice trip to get there, beautiful beach - delicious food. We both enjoyed being there. One tip: if you get to any beach by motorbike be careful. Street is changing from asphalt to stones to sandy - difficult to manage if not prepared

The beach is stunning, the color of the water beautiful. However, when I went there, it was really really windy and therefore impossible to lay on the beach. Hopefully next time it won't be so windy.

This beach is one of the many we visited. It's in continuation with the other beaches in line. The ride to the beach is amazing. It passes through the towns and all. Nice ride. The beach is very clean and there are a lot of cafes around to feed your taste. These beaches are the main attractions in Naxos so... More

It is a very nice beach with amazing water. It is a sandy beach, very long. On one side of it is a nudist beach but for the rest is more family oriented. It can be reached by bus.

Nice and long, yet not very broad beach. Only few people around in October and only few beach bars still open, giving the beach a nice and relaxed atmosphere. Clear water.

Plaka Beach is a long sandy beach extending from Aghios Nikolaos church in the west to Orkos in the east, some 3.5 kilometres. I caters for every one from family groups to the naturist .Just below Aghios Nikolaos is a small naturist beach then as you progress east families take over with umbrellas and sun lounges for a kilometre or... Plaka beach was pretty much shut down on October 7 though it was still quite warm and there were still lots of beach goers. Most tavernas/bars were shut down for the season but there was quite a few in neighbouring agia anna still open. Nice quiet welcome to Naxos island. Very clean, some nudists, easy access on bus route.

Naxos has many and beautiful beaches but I think that Plaka beach is the best one. The sea is tourquise blue. The sand is great. Just lie down and enjoy the sea and the sun.

Crystal clear water and soft sand. This beach is fantastic. Does have large flat slabs of rock as you enter the water but they are not slippery so easy to walk on. There are beach bars dotted along the coast, but there is also plenty of space to lay out towels.
