Dear traveler, The pick up for all cruise ship individual passengers is from the cruise port top cable car exit, where your guide/driver will be holding a sign with your name written on. The cruise port is located at the bottom of the steep cliffs, where there is no car access. That is why the 3 minute cable car ride is necessary for all the cruise ship travelers. You may select starting time at 8:30am. In case you show up later please have no concerns, as we will be waiting for you indefinitely. Most importantly your tour starts upon meeting your guide. Email them and let them know your wishes and worries. They are pretty good about returning emails. And... Yes. You have plenty of time. If it starts at 4 & ends at 7... You have time for dinner or a lil shopping after or sunset. Cable car doesn't take a ton of time. Just find out what time your ships last gondola goes to your ship. We took the very last one. Give the cable car thing about 45 mins... Depending how many ships docked and leaving at same time. We were the only ones leaving, but another ship had come in. 30-45 mins from line on cable car & on gondola, w time to spare.

According to our experience you will be at the cable car exit at around 8:30 since the disembarkation process takes some time. There is pleanty of time for a 6hrs tour.
