Memorial from the war.. wort seing and, ones cant miss it if you walk around in Symi port.. easy to find and ,i'ts on the path in the port off Symi ,so ones dont have to climp steps or staircases to come there ..

I think it's important where ever you go to pay your respects to the local folk who have suffered as a result of War . I spent a few moments in silence there and remembered them . Fight War not Wars ....

Early morning march past, listen to the national anthem sung lustily and loudly by the soldiers, then the salute, followed by more marching.

As you walk across the port of Symi, you will see this monument. All you will do is stand and admire it and get a sense of the history, the culture, the art. Words with meaning that will get you touched!
