    Fab afternoon at the winery
We had a wonderful afternoon at Parrisis winery. The views are stunning and the tour is short but very informative. We liked that we were given just enough information to satisfy our curiosity then we were able to sit and relax on the beautiful terrace and drink some lovely wines. If you are wondering how to get there we got a taxi from the town to the monastery. We had a look round the monastery then took the road up on foot. It’s very steep and seems to go on forever so I wouldn’t really recommend doing that unless you love walking uphill for a couple of miles! 😂 you can get a taxi up to the winery from town for 35 euros or hire a car or quad. If the taxi drops you off at the footpath it costs 20 euros. It’s then either 20 or 40 euros pp for the wine tasting depending on how many wines you opt to try. We will come again if we return to Skiathos. Shout out to Maria and the lovely girl behind the bar. Your friendliness made the day even more special x

    Skiathos Winery
Visited Parissis Winery as a trip on a TUI holiday. It was a wonderful evening. I wouldn’t want to make the journey there by myself as the winery is high above Skiathos Town and only reached by a road that is narrow, twisty and climbs steeply. We cheered our driver when we reached the winery. We had a tour of the winery and shown the vines and how the wine was made and the history. Then we had the tasting - six very generous glasses of wine plus nibbles of cheese, bread, meats and olives. By the time the tasting was over the sun had set and we had beautiful views of Skiathos Town. I think I can safely say all on the tour enjoyed our evening! I bought two bottles of wine to bring home.

    Great views, wine and nibbles!
A taxi from Skiathos Town to the winery was quick (15 minutes and €25). Greeted with spectacular views and a warm welcome before heading for our scheduled tour and then shown to our seats for 4 wines and some accompanying nibbles. €20pp. Lovely and relaxed atmosphere. Sunshine, wine and views. Heaven. Taxi driver gave us his card to call for return journey. No issues at all.

    Highlight of the hoiday
What an afternoon out, this was the highlight of our holiday for a lot of reasons. The day before, the weather had been not great but the day of the wine tasting and tour it was blue sky all the way. We booked our tour for 12.30 which was a great pick because we were the first of the day and got the premium view table for our tasting after the tour. We booked a taxi to take us up, a long and interesting road, with lots of wonderful views and countryside to look at. Thank you Yiannis for your excellent driving there and back. The owners wife gave us our tour and was really interesting and knowledgeable about the making of what turned out to be the best Greek wine we had ever drunk ! After the tour we went to our table which was all set up with loads of glass's, cheese ,meats, olives and wonderful bread and figs and brought us over a couple of hours, five different dry whites, one red and one sweet desert wine for us to taste. We all had our different favourites, but they were all stunning. But as wonderful as this all was, the cherry on the cake was the incredible views from the top of the mountain down over Skiathos town and over the sea with views over Skopelos and the mainland, just amazing. Dont think about it , just do it. You have two choices, a 20 euro p/p taster or a 40 euro p/p one. we opted for he 40 euro one and so glad we did. Great day out Grommit, wine and cheese.

Perfect setting to enjoy very good Greek wine
Spent a very enjoyable 3 hours or so enjoying a tour and tasting at the winery. Maria is so helpful and the setting for the tasting is beautiful, in the hills high above Skiathos Town. We paid 40€ for the 6 wine tasting. Others who just had the 4 wines for 20€ seemed just as happy as us so, with hindsight I would probably suggest that option. The Rose was our favourite so invested in a bottle to enjoy later in the holiday. Highly recommend.

    Beautiful family run vineyard
Really enjoyed our visit at this incredible vineyard. We opted for the £20 tasting option with 4 wines (and snacks) with a tour of the vineyard. Had such a lovely experience and was interesting to see how this small business made their wines. The woman running the tour was very friendly, and was great to see the whole family there working, they were all extremely accommodating. The wines were excellent, to very high quality, my favourite was their Vapori (red) and we bought a few bottles to take home with us which were very reasonably priced. Overall a great visit, for those with a lot or little knowledge about wine, it wasn’t the type of place where you felt you had to be educated on wines to visit! Plus the views were incredible.

    Great tasting
We visited on the first week of our 2 week holiday, just turned up, didn’t book. Made to feel very welcome, vineyard tour was excellent, with much told about the history of how the vineyard came about. Throughly enjoyed the tasting, with delicious snacks, didn’t need to have lunch that day. Have to say white wines were more to my taste than the only red, very young, quite heavy tannins, will improve with a bit of bottle age. The sweet wine was superb, almost as good as the sweet wine from Samos, there is the monastery near by to visit, plus the excellent restaurant Platanos close by, has the best view on the island. Also as you are two thousand feet up, it’s much cooler.

    Wine tasting experience
A great way to spend a few hours. The staff are really friendly and enthusiastic. The views of skiathos Town are fabulous and more importantly the wine is top quality. We took a taxi from the port for 20 euros, and paid 20 euros each for 4 glasses of wine and snacks ( plenty of greek dips and bread). Each glass is different with its own characteristics. It's really good value for money, and definitely something we will do again.

This is one trip you will not want to miss. I have visited many vineyards , and I loved this one. You will get a guided tour of the premises and a chance to ask any questions you'll have. You get to try 6 different wines with a lovely nibbles selection . I'm not usually a white wine fan, but I really enjoyed the selection presented. You will also get a chance to purchase from the vineyard, and I have to say at very reasonable prices. For those who love to take photos, the views are amazing from this hill top spot.

Spent a few hours on this tour for 20 euros each and I have to say it was the best money I spent. A great few hours being shown around and then sampling the home made wine with lots of different dips and bread, FANTASTIC.

A 3 in one experience. An exhilarating ride, panoramic views and gorgeous wine.

The drive up (and back down) the steep track roads was fun (not for my wife !) and expertly navigated by our mini bus driver (who my wife hugged when we arrived safely back at port)

The winery is situated high on the hill side with fabulous views of Skiathos town and port.

As to the wine. We enjoyed a short tour and explanation before sitting down to enjoy 6 different glasses of wine (accompanied by cheese & meat). And the wine is lovely. We bought two bottles of our favourite wines to take home.

And we had great conversation and laughter with the other 2 couples at our table.

A lovely evening.

Our visit to the winery was a definite highlight of our holiday in Skiathos. The location is amazing, the views are spectacular and the wine is excellent.
We had the six glass package, which actually included seven glasses and a shot of tzipouro, which is very strong! We had a short tour of the winery from one of the owners, which was really interesting and made clear the challenges that businesses in Greece experienced during the pandemic. The winery is very dependent on the weather and has had a difficult time due to the changing climate, but they have an excellent product and deserve every success.
A taxi from Skiathos town cost €25, and on the way back €30, although we shared with a lovely Norwegian couple on the return journey.
Definitely well worth a visit to this lovely place.

My boyfriend and I booked the tour for 20 euros each, which is described as the ‘basic tour’ with four glasses of wine afterwards. We were absolutely blown away by the attention to detail and beauty of this winery. We were given an excellent and informative tour around the vineyard and wine cellar, then sat on a balcony with an absolutely stunning view to try four glasses of wine plus various dips and bread for us to eat alongside. The staff were so friendly and told us a lot of information about each wine we tried. The wine was absolutely wonderful. Would 100% recommended.

A very enjoyable trip through Tui, bus was very prompt.
The winery was excellent, a very knowledge tour or the vines and wine making process l.
We had sat with a group of people from Norwqy and Sweden.
We got to try 6 excellent wines from the winery, and none of them disappointed. Hard decision to what to buy so brought 3 of them.
We would highly recommend this trip.
