- Michael D20 contributionsDon't bother in winterWe made the pilgrimage to Billund In Mid-December, staying 3 nights at the Legoland Hotel. Legoland was a complete disappointment, very few of the rides were operating because of the weather, something they didn't make clear on the website. We did maybe 9 or 10 rides/activities and that was about all that were open. Because so many rides weren't operating they gave us passes that can be used until the end of April, not much use to us as we won't make the long journey to Billund again. It would have been better if they just reduced the ticket price. Given that most of the rides are outdoors, I'm not sure why they even bother running the park in winter. Don't bother with Legoland in winter. Lego House however is amazing.Visited December 2022Travelled with familyWritten 12 December 2022
- Shannon GBrisbane, Australia19 contributionsConsider low season! We went just before Xmas and I have to recommend this - we felt like we had the park to ourselves! There was absolutely no waiting for rides, the kids were able to have turn after turn of the roller coasters without even disembarking! The park itself seemed a little dated (and the dreary weather and melting snow didn’t do it any justice - I can imagine it’d be much more inviting in the spring and summer…though with many more people too!) but it had a charm about it that other amusement parks don’t. We were here from literal opening to close and had a fabulous day, having so many opportunities for rides and no having to wait in line.Visited December 2022Travelled with familyWritten 7 April 2023
- Santi S1 contributionThe park was fine but.......The park was fine, there was nothing wrong with it. LEGOLAND Billund is over all an alright park. It is not nearly as good as the nearby Tivoli of Copenhagen, but it is not a terrible park. Sadly my experience was partially ruined as I had to endure racial profiling. I was part of a large group of Mexican students, and we all got together to take a picture at the large gate in front of the park. We took out a Mexican flag for the picture to upload to the school's social media. Right after the picture a security guard walked over, and requested that we open our bags for a quick revision. We did as she requested, and she left quickly after, but the lady did not go and ask anyone else to open their bag heck not even at the entrance did they check anyone's bags. It was just us. There was also no need for the guard to check our bags at the gate because the gate is not close to the park's main entrance. Which means that the lady checked our bags without even knowing if we would actually enter the park. It is truly disappointing to see that a company such as The LEGO Group, and Merlin Entertainment would allow for such behavior from its employees when its job is to make people happy, and not ashamed of their national/race!Visited April 2023Travelled with friendsWritten 14 April 2023
- Escape346801858041 contributionLegoland tripExcellent park, suitable for all ages. Very disappointed the photo booths were not opened at all rides which ment we had to go look for 1 to get out photos scanned onto the photo card we bought. Most staff v helpful. Food and drinks expensive. Bring wet gear, we did n was so worth it. Children age from 6 to 16, adults 46, 50.Visited April 2023Written 25 April 2023

Lego land was a very good day and we both had a good time (adults).. My son went on all the rides and enjoyed. Well worth a visit.. was not many in door places to sit for coffee as it was raining.Visited April 2023Travelled with familyWritten 1 May 2023

- Ryan KDe Pere, Wisconsin166 contributionsWhen in BillundNot a bad park and definitely worth a visit. However, the Lego House was still the highlight of our time in Billund. The park has some decent rides and is of course geared towards younger visitors.Visited April 2023Written 31 May 2023
- Tin_ManilaManila, Philippines376 contributionsA dream for Lego fans especially kidsMy son had a lot of fun here. There's a variety of rides and attractions, some purely for young kids while others catering to adults. My personal favorite was the Miniland and Atlantis. We tried a lot of rides, and there were rest/picnic areas too. Ideal for kids to be maybe at least 7yrs old (they measure height 130-140cm) to get in more rides. I just wished that some of the food stalls open as early as the actual park.Visited June 2023Travelled with familyWritten 4 July 2023
- Sheen1968Stockport, United Kingdom82 contributionsGood fun, but more for children below 13 years of ageWe visited for a day, and it was good fun. I think my teens are at the tipping point for this kind of amusement park - the best age range I would say is under 13's. The rides were good fun, and a lot of the rides were the same as Alton Towers, just a different name. Flying Eagle, The Temple, extreme racers, Ghost House - then think, Runaway Mine train, Duel, spinball and Hex.. Good fun, but take a picnic - the food areas take ages to serve and there aren't many of them. Glad we went, but I don't think we will revisit.Visited July 2023Written 22 July 2023
- Benjamin DLondon, United Kingdom7 contributionsLegoland in a weekendMe and my Friends went to Denmark for a short weekend away to see the home of Lego, we flew early Saturday morning and left late Sunday Night this worked out great as the airport is right next to Legoland - we had a very enjoyable day with good thrill rides and attractions for all ages! As well as the rides and attractions there’s an extremely big Lego model village and Lego store which kept us occupied for hours! The only downside to this experience is the long que times for the rides and the stall market games. Unfortunately we fell into the trap of trying to win a big prize from a ball throwing game and kept buying more balls to try and win the prize of a Lego shark, we where told you can not buy these anywhere else in Legoland or in the store but it turns out that you can buy them on the Lego website or in one of the many Lego stores around the sight albeit a slightly smaller version! Overall a very good weekend away with my friends and would recommend to family’s and Lego lovers!Visited July 2023Travelled with friendsWritten 24 July 2023

Thank you so much for your kind review of your visit to LEGOLAND Billund.
We know that adults are sometimes surprised to learn that they too can have a great time at LEGOLAND, but this comes at no surprise to us, because every adult who visits us will get in touch with their inner child during a visit.
See you again soon.

Good fun family day out. We got there at 10 when it opened and left when it closed. We took advise and went to the shop first and chose what we wanted because at the end of the day it was carnage. We went in October queues were minimal (5-15 minutes) which was ace. Most food stalls were shut but the big restaurants were open tasty food. Not as many rides as we expected but enough to keep us entertained for the whole day

This is a fantastic park, whether you are a Lego fan or not. The park itself is a great size, not too big that you need a week to get round everything. When we visited it was reasonably quiet and the queues were no longer than 5-10 minutes. My Son has a learning disability and the staff could not have been more helpful. From their consideration bands (available from the Information desk, but must be booked in advance) to helping him in and out of rides. They were brilliant and I can’t thank them enough. We managed to get round all the gentle rides and all the Lego structures in a day and half. With low cost flights available, this was the cheaper and quicker option, compared to visiting the site in Windsor from Scotland. Its clean, very family oriented and I highly recommend a visit here.

Visited Legoland whilst in Billund and had a great time. Having visited Legoland Windsor we had an idea on what to expect with regard to queuing etc and was impressed with how much we could get done in a day, making use of most of the attractions throughout the day. It was great to visit in late-October with the Halloween theme!
Food and drink prices quite expensive as expected. We pre-booked the photo package and made use of this throughout the day, when it worked. One of the attractions we visited with photograph opportunity (The Temple) did not show on the screen afterwards, with no staff in sight to query this which was disappointing.
With that said, we’d happily return as thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We particularly enjoyed Emmet’s Flying Adventure and The Dragon.

We spent two days in Legoland , we were impressed by the variety of rides and experiences. Staff were helpful and fun, the park was very clean and luckily at the time of our visit, queues relatively quiet.
The only reason I’ve not given 5 stars is I felt it could have a better variety of food and drink options.

As an AFOL I can't say enough good things about Legoland, it was just amazing. It was my first visit, but I hope not the last one. In every corner you could find Halloween decorations that created a nice atmosphere. I definitely recommend it!

When are tickets available for 2024? I'm keen to book flights while they are cheap for an Easter trip from Scotland, but it looks like only Lego House tickets can be booked now.
The calendar suggests the park is open on the 6th, 7th, and 8th, so hoping we'll be ok?
Thanks,

There is, we didn’t use it so I can’t say what it’s like.
Hi, I have two questions. Does anyone know of any discount codes for tickets, and is it worth buying the express passes? We’re travelling with our two sons, who are 17 and 12. Thanks!

Hi All, We are 2 adults - are there any discounts available for Legoland entrance ? I heard there are some codes on Kellogs products.. Is this or anything else available ?
We want to go to to Lego House as well, so if there is no discount, we'll use the combine tickets

Yes, there are such codes and you can use them . I used them last year , right at the desk where they are selling tickets, in front of the entrance . If such codes can be used this year ,can't say . Better check their sites 😬 . This year we skipped Lego Land.
Hi. I'm trying to see if there is a combined ticket for Legoland and Lego House. Some people suggest there is, but I've also seen that you have to buy them separately.
Just wanted to check before I buy. Many thanks :)

Yes, there are packages to buy . I never bought . Always chooses to stay in Denmark on a rent house and we traveled around with the car . If you search for packages , I'm sure you will find. Btw, I live in Norway , and there are many sites with such offers . Good luck!
