“A place to avoid if you're not cool enough or with the Copenhagen Pub Crawl team”
6 Jun 2018
The Drunken Flamingo welcomes you to join us in our spacious and exotic bar. Start off your night in one of our cozy inside booths and let our hostesses serve you with delicious cocktails. As the lights get dimmed, and as the music is turned up...more
So, let's go out of Rome for a second and talk about this place: my friend an I got tickets for the pub crawl tour, which, by the way is a really worthy and funny experience.
As promised, we got in avoiding the...More
Went there last may. We were bounced with no reason (we were neither drunk nore annoying, we respected the queue). While Arguing with a bouncer's buddy, we noticed other spanish guys were bounced without reason too. Only danes welcome here. Shame.
The staff didn't let us in for no reason after we queued peacefully. They gave us no expanation and told us to go away, mocking us for our italian accent. I sincerly hope any italian will try to go there
Very rude staff. Was happily at table in open/smoking area with colleague to be bumped off because it was reserved by Danish customers..approach was appalling and rude.. no advance notice and approach to us that was bordering on aggressive...if the customer is never right then...More
We saw this bar just off the Stroget. Who could resist going in and checking it out based on the name. It was a small quaint bar with super friendly staff. we had a few drinks and had a nice time there.
Terrible attitude from the staff. We were seated on a table with the promise to stay there all night if we buy a bottle of vodka with mixers. So we did. Less than an hour later we were asked to move because someone has come...More
The location is nice and the venue was very nice. The music was okey, but a bit too loud in the talking area. The toilets were dirty and it seemed like they had not cleaned for weeks. In addition, we were not allowed to order...More
Staff was very unfriendly.
Was not allowed to buy drinks before I had given my jacket to their wardrobe service (which you have to pay for).
Were chased away by a rude staff-member from a clearly unreserved table because someone else had "reserved" it on...More
For some reason you can't order a drink with your jacket on - makes no sense. Also you might get kicked from your table even though it doesn't say on any sign that the table is reserved. Horrible way to treat customers.
This is the heart of old town Copenhagen, with its blend of charming old buildings and bold new architecture, broad avenues and tiny streets as well as picturesque canals and a modern harbor. The inner city is home to the Royal Danish Theatre, which consists of three buildings, two of which are new and situated on the harbor front. The streets, squares and venues of the inner city and its surrounding
neighborhoods, are alive all year round with everything from jazz festivals to outdoor ice skating rinks and parachuting at the lakes right in the center of the city. This compact area boasts beautiful old castles, tranquil parks, and bustling squares where you can always find a bench to stretch out your legs whenever you need a break.
