The changing of the guard at Amalienborg is pretty interesting but it’s longer than you’d think. We called it after watching for about 45 minutes - and that was after following the march from Rosenborg Slot. My kids enjoyed the spectacle of it, and we...More

This is one of the stops in our bike tour. We truly enjoyed looking at the beautiful architectural buildings and the changing of the guards. Very clean. Very relaxing.

Need at least half a day to cover the grounds and perhaps a day if you are into all the detailed information displayed in all the rooms of this palace. Vast grounds and huge space all around.

Stunning view stood in the middle of the square and an amazing place for some memorable pics. The walk up along the quayside was lovely and well worth a visit.

The palace has a group of buildings, but only a small portion is open to public for visit. The exhibition is still quite interesting to see. It just doesn't take that much time.

consists of three buildings, two of which are new and
