Yes it is small. Yes it is a long distance walk from the city centre. Yes there is metro station nearby. If you are in Copenhagen and few hours extra to spend it is a great idea to walk there.

Some people are underwhelmed by her. She is a bit out the way and then when you get there she is rather small but make the walk worth it and view other monuments and statues on the way

can get very busy so I would suggest early in the day to try and avoid the crowds. there are no time restrictions as it is an open area

Yes,it is. You dont have to worry about the distince in Copenhagen, you can go by walk, by bike and everything it's close to you. Enjoy:)
