A small but informative museum, very interesting layout - but some of the displays are hard to read (the English wall texts are nearly impossible to read) - and you have to almost smoosh your face up against the glass to see certain things or read descriptions. Very odd. Still, worth a visit (only 60DKK to get in) - start... More

I've been to many Jewish museums around the world and the reviews I read about this made me hesitate to see this one. I'm happy that I saw it but, as others have stated, there's not much to see here and the shape of the exhibits makes it hard to get close enough to fully see everything or to read... More

It is a place to read and think and rest I bought a book, a poem, wise words like "in the mirror you see your best friend".

We visited in Ocotber, 2016. The museum is acclaimed as an architectural wonder, having been designed by Daniel Libeskind. This may make the museum unique but it also makes it difficult to get around. The floor tilts making the exhibits hard to look into. The interior of he museum is small. Moving through the museum, you jump from historical information... More

This is located in an interesting area of Copenhagen next to the Black Diamond ( National Library). The interior is designed like a ship and the displays are themed mostly covering the 2WW. It was well laid out and worth a visit.

I'm Jewish and looked forward to visiting the Jewish museum. It really wasn't worth 50 DK. There is a short film about the history of the Jews in Denmark that was o.k. but there were only a few other exhibits that were worthwhile such as the Danish Jewish population being transported to Sweden so the Nazis couldn't send them to... First, you can't find it even though you're in the courtyaard, terrible signage. Then they want $15 p/p for a 30 minute museum! It was absolutely embarrasing. DO NOT GO!

This is a fantastic museum located closely to the national Danish museum. The location is stunning and has gorgeous grounds. It is a very respectful and sensitive museum displaying information about Jewish history and how Denmark and Sweden helped Jewish people during the holocaust. It displays information in a variety of different ways including interactive iPads, artefacts, information boards and... More

This was a bit of a let down of a museum quite pricey and not much to see compared to other Jewish museums that I have visited in Poland and Germany. Two exhibits in different buildings so you need to factor this in if you want to see both. Didn't learn anything new and overall it was over in about... More
