We did two hikes up. The first the pilgrim's path through beautiful heather fields. Reached the top where it was quite foggy so we couldn't see down. The next day we went up from the parking lot. Reached One Man's Path and it just got too windy but the view was spectacular. Very highly recommend for views from parking lot... More

Oh I just love this place. I went to the summit and the climb was out of this world. You go up the back-side and then at the top gaze down..its breathtaking on the way up and when you get there. Very important you climb on a good clear day as you can be caught out if there is any... More

A fairly steep climb but totally worth it . Bog land with rock steps all the way . Well worth the drive

This place was worth a visit. You can drive up most of the way or you can also walk but the hill is steep. You need a clear day to really appreciate the views. We were disappointed that the coffee shop was closed when we visited

If you visit northwest Ireland, this is a must see attraction! You need to be in decent shape to do the total ascent for the best views, but even if you're not in great shape, the drive to the initial level of the cliffs is well worth it. These cliffs are exponentially more dramatic and rugged than the Cliffs of... More

Visited here when staying in Donegal town. The drive was approx 45 mins to Carrick. When driving from killybeggs direction it's a left turn half way through the village wrote in Irish but you can still make it out. Short drive to bottom car park but open the gate and drive the short distance to the top car park not... More

Slieve League Cliffs leaves you breathless from the moment you are there. Go early and stay late, bring water and a picnic lunch. There is so much to explore and to see the majestic views. There is a lower parking lot and another up aways through the gate. Save time and park at the second parking area. You are in... More

One of the most beautiful places in Ireland - undersold in my opinion. A lovely place for a walk ..... you can take a short walk or longer and still benefit from amazing views. Much nicer than the cliffs of Moher, and quieter as well. Been in varying different weather, and still love it.
