Ingegerd, our tour guide, was so knowledgeable about Kiruna and the history of it. She took us all over town and also explained how the town is being moved, and why. She is very friendly and personable. She also gave us good tips on art, food and fika. We can highly recommend her services.

It was a wonderful tour through whole kiruna, all our questions where answered and we learned and saw a Lot!

First time ski lesson for 3 adults with Ingegerd, brilliant instructor with some great pointers for us as beginners!! Covered all of the basics and got us moving (and, more importantly, stopping) in no time at all. The instructions were very clear and we had plenty of time to learn without feeling rushed or pressured. Ingegerd was very friendly and we had an amazing time. Thanks so much!

Ingegerd is an amazing ski instructor, she got my two first-time-ski children on their feet well within the lesson period.

I took the ski lesson with Ingegerd and she was an amazing instructor who was so knowledgeable about skiing!! I came in without having touched a pair of skis in my life and by the end of my two hour lesson, I was able to mostly ski down the hill in Luossabacken. She broke down the basics to me really well and provided an excellent foundation for myself skiing in the future. In addition, she also gave me pointers for what I need to focus on during my next skiing endeavor.
On top of her giving an amazing lesson and being knowledgeable of the Northern Sweden area, she also was kind enough to help my family and I figure out where our airbnb was. We had no idea of Kiruna's neighborhoods but we were able to find it with ease thanks to her. My family and I are super grateful to have met her during our travels and she will definitely make your experience in Kiruna a fun and memorable one.
On top of her giving an amazing lesson and being knowledgeable of the Northern Sweden area, she also was kind enough to help my family and I figure out where our airbnb was. Excellent guided tour! The guide was very well informed on Kiruna past and present. The tour took around 2h even if the weather is rainy and cold. We recommend this experience.

Our boys had such a wonderfull experience on the ski slope with Ingegerd.
She gave them a private lesson and they made a huge step forward.
Even she was full booked this weekend and had no time to teach our boys, she made a exception for us in her busy schedule.

We booked this tour to see the Northern Lights. Being born in Kiruna, Ingegerd knows all the best spots and we saw the amazing aurora 5 times.
What struck us most is her eye to details. She found us several moose, some huskies and the darkest sky you'll ever see.
Highly recommended!!!

This is a tour in a mini-van through to the highlights of Kiruna. It can be booked at the Tourist Information Center, Vänortstorget. Booking was easy, they have a friendly staff. We were picked up at our hotel.
Our guide, Ingegerd, knows a lot about Kiruna and imparts her knowledge in an excellent and didactic way. The language was English.This tour was much more than a usual city tour. We learned a lot about Kirunas secrets, the history, ore mining, train transportation, religion, Sami people. The tour started with a demonstration with help of a model of the city where we learned why and how the city center needs to move to another place. Thereafter we were shown all the important places around, e.g. the view from Luossovaara, LKAB at Kirunavaara, historical houses, the new city hall Kristallen (very impressing) and the wonderful church. Don't forget your camera. It was virtually the best guided tour I ever had joined. Ingegärd disposes not only huge amoint og knowledge, she is also a congenial person.
