Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We enjoyed both the snowmobile tour and the horseriding tour with Ofelas. Matte and Kirsten, who own and run the tours, made our holiday. Both trips were incredible after which we enjoyed an amazing lunch with them and other guests. It felt like being part of a Swedish family. The farm is beautiful and we had the best time. Looking forward to returning. These tours are a must!

This place really stands out among the crowd. The owners are entusiasts that really care about the horses. Horses are handpicked, most of them from Iceland, and they manage to get a great match for both the beginner and the experienced rider. A geniuine experience of both the Swedish mountains as well as horseback riding. Thank you!

Absolutely incredible experience, the ponies care and well being is priority and everybody at the farm is welcoming and skilled. An amazing, stunning trip of a lifetime - thank you! I did the 5 day trail which lead into complete wilderness, through forests, rivers and the open land with views of the mountains. The guides, Matilda and Jenni were so professional, kind, competent and generous, they looked after us so well creating a fantastic, relaxed trip but also making sure the ponies were very well cared for. The food was absolutely incredible, delicious, tasty and plentiful, they catered for specialist dietary requirements better than any restaurant I've been to. An amazing company and thoroughly recommended.

I highly recommend any activities with Ofelaš. I recently did the Ratekjokk trail summer tour. The only problem with the trip is that it ends! Jenny and Sana are both smart, fun, and kind - amazing guides. And Jenny can cook anything to delicious perfection. The horses are gorgeous, well-trained, and clearly well cared for. Fengur is the best pack horse a hungry crew could want.

My wife and I did the Moose Safari trip yesterday and had an amazing time. From the minute we arrived at the farm, till we left, the attention to detail was amazing.

Our guides (I won't try and spell their names...) were amazing, they matched us with the perfect horses, helped us groom and tack our horses and get out on the trails.

We were super lucky to meet two groups of moose whilst out and saw some amazing scenery. At the end, those who wanted got to have a bit of a gallop to round it all off.

After feeding our horses, we also got fed and the food was lovely.

I would highly recommend this tour.

Wonderful experience horseback riding in the beautiful snowy woods outside of Kiruna, Sweden. We were picked up right on time at the Icehotel, then rode about 20 minutes outside of town to the farm. The hosts took time to match our skill levels with an Icelandic horse; whom we then retrieved from the pastures, groomed, tacked, and then rode through the woods searching for various animals. We cared for the horses afterwards as well, and then sat down to a very delicious, plentiful, and filling 3 course meal. If I could give this experience 10 stars I would. Top notch all the way around. Friendly folks and well cared for animals. Elvis, the barn goat, is a hoot and clearly (temperamental) but well loved too!

Just marvelous! We had a ”cook & talk” package and made traditional sami dishes over the open fire. At the same time we could learn a lot about sami culture in past and present.
Our best recomendations!

My daughter and I had an wonderful time on the Ratekjokk trail. The scenery in and around the mountains was beautiful, the Icelandic horses were well trained and willing, the food was great and the organization was flawless. Kerstin and Sara were the nicest guides, knowledgeable in all matters and always cheerful.
I highly recommend this longer tour, as it allows to go further into the wild, know your horse better, get a better sense of life in this region and get to discover a bit of the Sami culture that Kerstin was always keen to share with us.
