Brilliant waterpark, we read some previous reviews prior to going about the transfer to the waterpark being late and stuffy, etc. I can confirm that was not the case at all with our transfer we had a collection time of 9.40am, the bus was there at 9.38am and we were all on the bus and headed off around 9.45am, the bus had decent air conditioning and was very efficient. We then arrived at the waterpark which was so quick and easy to get through, you use bands instead of having to carry your card/cash with you with a maximum spend limit of €100 per person, this was brilliant as well as having an update with each purchase of how much you’d spent in total. The food was really well priced too around €10-15 a head, the only thing that I would say is overpriced is the ice creams but still they’re not as bad as they could be for a waterpark. The bus transfer on the way back was quick and easy too, just remember to arrive 10 minutes before the time on the ticket they give you as they do set off 2-3 minutes after the time, (we were picked up at 5pm, but got there 4.50pm to start boarding), the bus driver was very friendly too. Would highly recommend going, it was an incredible experience and they have a range of rides and activities for everyone!

We are absolute water slide fans and got our money's worth here! We were there on a Friday, we didn't buy tickets in advance but only at the box office, Early for the opening we were the only...
And even later a slide was never overcrowded, we always had max. 5-6 people ahead.
Great photographers in the park, but 10€ per photo (you end up making an offer for all photos)
Great staff at every slide watch who, and if something happens and hurts, you are helped immediately.
Best Slidewinder and then Hyper Race!!!
Price with 30€ per person is not without if you are four... but it was more than worth it for us!!!

We visited with our 14 year old son and almost 3 year old daughter in May, outside of UK school holidays so it was super quiet-no queues. Very easy to get to. We hired a car. The slides were lots of fun. It’s laid back - I’m not a fan of having someone take my photo every 5 minutes but some people may enjoy these mementoes to purchase on departure. I do feel water slides are generally not the safest but I think that’s not unique to here. Let’s face it, nothings holding you on the slide so you can get a few knocks. Overall I felt it was excellent fun for kids and adults alike - even the food wasn’t horrendously expensive - we had a great day and would return if we were ever in Crete again.

I would recommend this water park to anyone for the range of slides and great food and very fair prices,
however i would warn to make sure you personal health insurance is up to date, as i lost track of the amount of time we had commented that we was concerned for our safety on certain slides.
Our final straw for getting off the rides and sticking to the pool was when we went on "The crazy river". We began by going down one part of the slide and proceeding to get stuck and having the life guard at the top of the slides screaming down at us to push ourselves down the next part of the slide, in doing so we would have meowed down on of her colleges and a small child that had fallen out of his wring and was being rescued.
Would comfortably say i am glad we dismissed her ignorance for others safety and continues to sit stuck on the poorly designed slide.
Would say the name of the slide is very fitting as you'd have to be "crazy" to go down it.
So after a day of watching and waiting for an accident to happen, we was very ready to leave and not return.

A good day out at this park. Plenty of good slides with decent queue times.
We got there quite early but no queue to get in, lady on reception very friendly. You get a wristband each with a barcode and that’s how you purchase EVERYTHING once in the park. You pay your bill on the way out. Plenty of lockers, price is a reasonable couple of euros alongside a deposit. Changing rooms and toilets clean and spacious. Plenty of sunbeds to choose from, all with umbrellas. We had no problem getting 4 together. Food is good and is reasonably priced but no menus at most outlets so you’re not sure what you’re paying for stuff although you are given a receipt with your wristband total at that point in time.
Rides can be confusing when it comes to who can go on what and quite a few people needed it explaining when their kids were turned away from slides. You’re buying based on kid height, rather than a kids age ticket. Overall park was clean and not too much strict rule imposing by lifeguards but enough to make you aware they are about, which was good. Would definitely go back again, we had a good day out.

Trip was arranged through TUI with tickets and transfers which was all fine slightly late on the pick up
WaterPark itself was pretty quiet so no queues which made it better, the park was clean and tidy especially the toilets
However the food was awful and overpriced - cheeseburger came out half frozen had to send back and if the resident cat doesn’t eat the food we gave him then that says it all

I love waterparks and this place did not disappoint. I visited in late September and barely had to queue for any of the slides which was great. The park is huge with a great selection of slides, however the lazy river was a little too lazy for my taste (very slow and boring).
The wave machine wasn't working during our visit and we weren't informed of this when we arrived.
Please note that this waterpark may not have the level of design and health & safety considerations that some of more northern European waterparks. I left a bit battered and bruised by some of the slides. If you're a touch fragile, this place may not be for you. The lifeguard crew were excellent however so when we did take the odd knock, they were very quick to check up on us.
However, don't let that put you off. We had a great time.

It's a good size water park, with plenty of different rides for all ages and appetite for risk. We went early in the season so it was very quiet and we hardly had to queue for anything but I would imagine the experience in the high season would be very, very different. It has lockers and a cashless system that uses your wristband to pay for everything and then you pay the amount on the way out. Works well when it's quiet, also the food was reasonably priced and good portion sizes. It's up in the mountains behind Heraklion so you have to get transport to get there.
I would recommend a visit in low season, but think it could be horrendous in the high season.

Top!
Things to do for all ages and levels, effective monitoring and very reasonable waiting times for the most popular slides. Despite the crowds, we have always found buoys and the spaces are particularly clean and maintained. Many deckchairs. The bracelet to centralize payments is very convenient.

water was very cold, and the difference between the super hot weather, and the cold water, that was not heated was not pleasant. i appreciate that it was clean, and full of personel doing their job very good, while having a nice attitude with clients. prices at food a little bit high for the average quality of it. over all, i think it's a great experience for families with kids!
