On a clear day this is an excellent place to have an great view. There is a restaurant at the top that takes reservations and you can skip the entrance fee. The food is expensive but worth the time and money for the view.

We arrived by bus so I'm not sure. There was plenty of space around the tower where the buses park up so there is probably room to park a car though not sure about parking charges
