2 hour ferry ride or if you are lucky enough to have access to a boat even better! Adorable town center at the small port. Restaurants coffee shops and a few small hotels. Lots of walking/jogging trails and even bike rentals available. Coffee shops have...More

I arrived here by boat. The island itself is super interesting but the true experience is the way to. Few hours in the nature, that in a sunny day become unforgettable. Definetely super advised, one of the best things you can do here.

A lovely 2 hour boat ride from Stockholm this is a great island to visit. Out of season it is peaceful, just a couple of places to eat and drink and plenty of walks.

Lucky enough to have been taken here by family for a great afternoon walk, lunch etc. Very tranquil, great setting and plenty of interesting sites to be seen, as if time stood still.

We were lucky that we went in a good weather while the island was not crowded. Nice walk. Only small shops and very friendly people

What a lovely day to boat through the Archipelago and stop for lunch and shopping in Sandhamn. Many photo opportunities along the way and when you get to this lovely island reminiscent of Nantucket in the US. One of my favorite days in Sweden.
