I ride bike around 33 years and I did not see this kind of bikes anywhere. This is back pedal brake system bikes. This is not good brake system anyway but front brakes not works well. Prices €17 for bike for three days. You can buy ticket from 7-Eleven Shops. I use only 2 hours and I left.

Forget the 3 hour bike tour for 300 sek, get a 3 DAY city bike pass for 160sek. We used them to get everywhere. Toured most city sightseeing must does and more. Explored the waterways and parks. All access and easy to park up and get another bike, with docking stations all over city. 3 hour limit is exceptionally good.

The bikes maybe clumpy and lack rear breaks but they're really fun to ride. Available almost everywhere In touristy areas and with the app you can check where they are beforehand. The price for 3 days is high considering the Summer season card is essentially what you would pay for 9 days of hiring. If you're in Stockholm for 3... More

When you are in the city for a couple of days for some business purposes, you hardly could find a day to ride a bike for a couple of hours to see the city. However, the cheapest option is to buy a card for 3-days, why? The bikes are not comfortable to ride. I had experience to ride a bike... More

The idea with bikes are great! And without the flaws it would be awesome. However there are some things that makes them bad. 1. I'd say that about half of all times that we wanted to take bikes, no bikes was available in the nearest station. Lucky for us it was rather close to the next station (~1km), but we... More

City bikes are a great way to get round Stockholm, and to see parts of the city you might otherwise miss. The network of stations is less extensive than in some major cities, and rapidly drops off South of Sodermalm, for example. Tickets can be bought for 3 days from 7-Eleven or Pressbyran stores (and larger hotel receptions) - but... More

I personally think that city bikes are the best option to explore to stockholm. I was able to find bikes somewhat close to pretty much every destination of interest and they were easy to access and long enough available during the day. So instead of paying more money for a bustour i'd definitely recommend the city bikes

using a three-days ticket (SEK 165) we managed to ride between all the important city attractions. The city is mostly flat and there are a lot of bike stations around. The bike lanes are wide enough, mark properly and comfortable. The reason the rank is 4 and not 5 is due to the fact that some of the bikes require... More

...if the weather is good! :-) Cheap compared to other cities that charge you for a card + the time which you use the bike. Get the app! The stations are not necessarily close to main attractions and I really needed the app to help me locate stations and moreover stations that either had bikes available (which was difficult at... Very coool, I decided to use the bikes instead of the public transport. I works very good with the app it's possible how many bikes are where available and where you is a place to return it. The hight of the bike seat is fast adjustable, but the bike feels still a bit small for me and I'm not very... More
