We walked from Orebro Castle to Wadkping following the river, there is a cafe, tourist shops, often local art for sale and the Red Building that were once used by kings.

This area with its wooden buildings and courtyards gives an idea of what Örebro has been hundreds of years ago. Nowadays the buildings are home to museums, shops, and cafes. There is a picturesque riverside walk from the castle to this museum.

A very nice and picturesque strand promenade from the Castle to the open-air museum Wadköping. Slow and relaxed atmosphere. The city park and Wadköping are amazing - both strongly recommended!

Before going to Orebro, we had heard that we should prepare to spend a few hours at Wadkoping. 30 minutes in, I had no clue how people spend more than 30 minutes. The old streets and buildings were cool to see but every building was packed with people and the streets were very full. 30 minutes was enough time.…
