I booked the 1 evening Aurora experience in Lapland, what an amazing adventure!! The activities are organized in small groups, which is a must when visiting such a surprising spot. They take brilliant care of their clients by offering no matter what warm overalls, boots or hat and gloves ,and also delicious BBQ by tour guide.
All guides were super friendly, close, kind and great professionals, they know the magic of Lapland as the back of their hand! Especially thanks to my guide Kamila , who is very helping for any request , and she helped me taking wonderful pictures as much as I need, also she is very adventurous guide. I really had a good time with her tour journey. Hence, I strongly recommend the company Info Lapland Welcome!!

We had a wonderful night trip, looking for the northeen lights. Our guide Geertho ( I Hope to write It in the correct way) came to collect us at our Air B&B. We then drove ( a small group of 8 people) to a Place where She explained us how to set our cameras and mobile phones, to Better catch the lights. We then moved an hour away, in a Place where we could get something to eat in a very nice Tepee. In the meanwhile we could enjoy the carpet of stars in the Sky and the lights, although they were a bit fainted. Anyway the mobiles and the cameras could catch them Better. Geertho sent us some good pictures of us some days later. Really worth of. Thanks to the team of Welcome Lapland and to our special guide.

We came to lapland on March 2021 and we decided to do an activity with Lapland Welcome. The service was great, they came to pick us up to the hotel and also helped with our bags. Our guide was a very nice girl as she was very attentive and she made us feel very confortable.
The Husky safari was incredible, we had the opportunity to spend some time with the dogs and talk about them with the farm guide who was also very nice! During the safari she was completely attentive of us and she made the experience very easy going.
In conclusion, it was a great experience and we strongly recommend it! It was one of the best experiences of our lives!!

I booked two tours: Northern Lights hunt and snowmobile safari. As for the first trip, although I understand that the Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon, there are currently several tools to check their probability of occurrence. Added to this is the experience of locals. Selling the tour knowing that the probability is low, I believe is bad faith. In Iceland, this same tour is sold with the commitment to return part of the money paid in case of refusal...as for the snowmobile, I bought the tour for two adults with driver's licenses and at the time, we were only given one vehicle, and the company owner suggested that we take turns driving or pay more. Added to this is the inexperience of the guides. All foreigners hired for the season... the snowmobile tour had a series of interruptions to locate and check one of the vehicles that apparently had a problem. The whole tour was a regrettable experience. The mitigating factor is that Santa Claus Village is a beautiful place. Oh, I almost forgot. The tourist information center at Santa Claus Village is not an exempt place... it is a tourism agency that sells these tours...

We have private location far in the woods. On this tour there is a very good chance to follow northern lights and experience snowmobile driving.

I had a horrible experience with welcome Lapland travel agency
We booked a tour of 1 hr reindeer ride with them instead they gave us 10 min reindeer ride & charged ₹10 k for it..
When we complain the manager didn't have a courtesy to come and talk with us instead he told his employee that he won't come & talk..
We also Booked Santa Claus village tour with him in that reindeer ride was included but he didn't get it as well..
I would suggest not to trust d manager.

They book our tour Visit Reindeer Farm and Short Sleigh Ride. It include about 500 meters sleigh ride and reindeer farm visit. Visit a Reindeer Farm and One hour safari is another program. They wanted to press the price down so one possibility was to drop double reindeer sleigh ride to make better price. All these facts were clearly explained and written on their ticket. I am sorry if there was a misunderstanding.

We booked the excursion visit to the Husky farm and Safari with the Huskies for day 2 at 12:45.
Once we arrived at their office we waited for more than an hour, we left only at 2 pm, their guide took us to the wrong farm, dumped us there and left, the farm staff told us they had no excursion booked for us and tried to contact them, so we waited another hour to get us brought back by a taxi!
Once we arrived at their office we asked for immediate refund.
I highly recommend this agency!
P.S. In the office there was a couple of Brits who were trying to claim back with poor results...

My husband and I did the Ranua arctic wildlife park tour. Just us and guide Jade who drove. Fabulous. They kitted us in snow suit and boots. Jade came round park with us then went over the road and she put on a barbecue - lit a fire in the barbecue pit and brought out all the trimming - in the ice and snow. It was great

First off, our driver was awesome. He picked us up at 5:15am and drove us to Kirkenes, Norway. We stopped at a reindeer farm for breakfast and then he brought us to town to walk around and explore before our tour. We then went to the Snow Hotel for an hour and explored some more and then went on the tour. The tour itself is short (about 45 minutes) but educational and then we went to this beautiful house to eat our catch (about 2 hours). On the way back we declined the option to stop at the Reindeer farm for dinner. Instead our driver stopped along the side of the road several times to help us search for the northern lights. Just a heads up from Saariselkä is was a 17 hour day.

I was with Lapland Welcome for a week on the Lapland nature adventures week tour. Although end of August might be an odd time to travel Lapland, the whole experience was absolutely awesome.
In this eventful week I went to the moose safari, Kätkävaara hike, the wilderness day, paddling day, Martimoaapa hike, ATV safari and fishing, reindeer farm, Santa Claus Village and northern lights tours. I got to see a Lapland that is not covered in snow, which was beautiful. It was berry picking season and I absolutely stuffed my face. My guides Reeta, Juho and Ilari are very friendly and knowledgeable, thank you all for the great time! Thank you Juho for picking berries with me! And a special shout out to Reetta for her kindness in getting a travel adapter for me, you are a legend!
The hotel is super comfortable to stay in. Great sauna! Meria and Mini are very helpful and attentive, also amazing cooks.
I will definitely come back in winter to see a different Lapland.

It's a tremendous disappointment.
The staff is very friendly, but the organization is a real disaster.
We spent close to €1,500 on three excursions and none of them turned out as they had offered us.
I would recommend looking for another, more professional company, because this one could ruin your vacation.

We were on a large coach with many other people! but very well organised, not much waiting around. Not much time at each place though, however they are happy to let you stay and get a taxi back.

In fact the northern lights are already visible from late aug to late march. Many people assume Nov or Dec to be the best time. Perhaps due to the long night with less light pollution. However winter u have alot more activities to do like dog sledding n snow mobile n ice fishing. To see the NL u need luck, high activity , no cloud n during the new moon period. Good luck!

Hi! I was inveited to attend a meeting in Helsinki on 22-26 Oktober. I am thinking about to go to Rovaniemi from 26-28th, maybe taking the Santa Claus Express (my flight back is 29th).
