this statue is almost located at the center. you can take this as main point when you are walking around. There were different street musicians every other day when we were there. A live point of the city.

It's a marvellous sculpture and a grand exemplar of art for passers-by to admire and enjoy. It depicts the dignity of manual work, to fashion goods. The activity of the figures is striking.

A rather interesting statue you are likely to see if strolling around Mannerheimintie of Helsinki. It has great symbolic meaning according to Rick Steves.

Visited with VOYAGES JULES VERNE tour director's walking tour of Helsinki. Only because it was featured in DK Guide, did we stop. Otherwise it would have been ignored. It just shows what others have said: it's seen by the locals as a meet-up location.

This is an interesting statue and could be better located because where it is inthe small square surrounded by Stockman Department Store and some cafe's it gets lost. There is also little detail of its significance.

The Three Smiths Statue is a sculpture by Felix Nylund, situated in Helsinki in Three Smiths Square at the intersection of Aleksanterinkatu and Mannerheimintie. This realistic statue, unveiled in 1932, depicts three smiths hammering on an anvil. The smiths are naked.
