Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This was a fun, last minute idea to help keep us awake & avoid going to bed too early due to jetlag. It was funny and fast paced. Audience involvement, so he ready. ;) The actors put their all into it. We had visited the Viking museum earlier in the day which actually helped a lot because the play is so fast paced. Fun outing and even ok for kids maybe 8-10+.

Just outstanding. So well done. So funny. Such energy! I cannot recommend this enough!I cannot recommend this enough. We went as 3 women in our thirties and had a blast.
We live here in Iceland and still found it BRILLIANT, not Just for tourists but tourists will love it.
The bar at harpa was closed so we didn't take drinks in but went to the edition next door for a drink first.

Very humorous overview of the Icelandic Sagas from very talented actors! (No previous knowledge of Sagas required, it was hilarious). Performance was in English, with lots of audience participation! Whole show is about 70 minutes. I wish it was longer, it was so fun! It was one of the high points of our trip! You wont regret it!

We saw the sagas on Sunday evening . It was a great few hours with a glimpse of history told in funny short stories. 2 actors with abundance of energy keeping the audience engaged throughout. Laughed all the way through and then afterwards they invite you to dress up in the Viking clothes etc and take photos. Excellent few hours. Highly recommended!

If 'Icelandic Sagas 101' is a university course anywhere, it would undoubtedly be better taught in the format of this show. I came away sincerely entertained and with enough of an interest to follow up on the events depicted in a more academic -well Wikipedia- way the next day. The actors (presenters?) mix in props, voice and character acting, and just the right amount of audience participation to keep all kinds happy. The run time was uncannily close to advertised and the pace never got stale.

The show is cute and funny and a good time. They don't actually go through all the Sagas, but they do a good job of explaining what they were and why they are important to Iceland. And the actors are really good and interact with the audience. The tickets are expensive, but everything in Iceland is expensive. It is worth it to go. It is also at the Harpa which in itself is an interesting place to see and visit.

Talented actors carry this show with a little help from the audience, and some extra unique props. The theater space is small and most people have front row seats. The actors stay after for photos and to talk to the audience. Highly recommended!

We loved this show. It was smart - it was funny - it was HILARIOUS! The actors are amazing - if you like comedy, improv, history, and social commentary in a beautiful performance space - this is the show for you. My 14-year-old son and I couldn't stop laughing. I highly recommend it if you have the opportunity.
