This is a very nice statue located near the waterfront. Weirdly, the statue was apparently the subject of local controversy when it was first unveiled, and it was moved from its original site.

I rather liked this interesting yet unassuming modernist statue. It is enjoyable to contemplate its blend of abstract and traditional forms. It is a pleasant surprise.

Noteworthy & modern. Strong & robust, across from Hard Rock Cafe. Impressive enough for me to remember it.

Nice piece of sculpture in the park. Would recommend this park for a leisurely stroll. Not to far from the city centre.

This statue is in the main area that I walked past many time. It appears to be someone carrying water. I am not really sure of the message. And it is what I would call modern art so I didn't get it.

This was an interesting and different statue although little details about it. The area around this small park has a number of interesting sights in what is a nice part of the city.

Really nice artwork and is definitely worth a photo next to this very stylish sculpture. Only 10 minutes needed here. Located close to the punk museum.

Reykjavik has many sculptures scattered around and this is another fine example. I'm not sure if there is a sculpture tour but keep your eyes open for others
