My two teen sons (17 and 19) did this dive with guide Viktor. We are from Florida and not used to drysuit diving, in fact my husband couldn't tolerate the suit on land. The boys did well and experienced this most amazing dive in the glacier waters of Silfra, between the American and Eurasian tectonic plates. As dive master, Viktor... More

As well travelled adventurers, we had an amazing, unique experience snorkeling in Silfra. The guides were very informative and helpful with our wetsuits. We felt completely safe, despite the freezing water. The water was crystal clear with perfect visibility all the way to the bottom. Definitely worth taking the GoPro. One of us was celebrating a birthday and the guide... More

Its worth doing and Victor our guide was amazing. It was hard work getting into the dry suits and very different for us as we are used to snorkeling in warm water it was a little uncomfortable but it needs to be done. I did panic a little and Victor was there with me and very calming...Thank you Victor!

So glad we choose to do this, exhilarating, amazing, even with hail and snow bouncing from the water surface the peace and visibility below was astounding. Staff were brilliant and we were well looked after.

What an adventure!! Definitely something that must be done whilst in Iceland. The water is so clear it's incredible! Added with the backdrop of snowy mountains and long plains, it's truly something everyone needs to do. Oh, and there's hot chocolats and Cookies at the end too :P

Snorkeling between two continents was not on my bucket list of things to do, but it has been added and checked off. Thanks to Scuba Iceland for making this first time snorkeling adventure one that I will never forget. From the moment we were picked up at our hotel to the time we got in the water I had no... More

This was such an amazing experience! Truly priceless! The visibility in the water was 25 meters (82 feet)!! You can see to the bottom of the ravine. As a certified diver and an avid snorkeler this is truly amazing visibility. YOU WILL NOT FIND THIS VISIBILITY ANYWHERE ELSE IN THE WORLD. The water is so clean that you can drink... More

What an experience! The trip started with transportation service from our hostel. We then had a relaxing 45 minute drive through Iceland until we got to the drop spot. We all got out of the van and begun the process of putting on all our gear. It was silly and full of laughter as we all struggled to put on... More

I was very lucky since I was the only one diving that day. Dive master was very kind, gave me all necessary information about the dry suit, briefing was adequate. They use good quality equipment. Due to my lack of experience in diving with a dry suit, I had trouble adapting to open fins. Cookies and hot chocolate were very... More
