Hands on experience and an insight into Icalandic cuisine and its history. Having cooked you then serve and savour your own food - what excellent textures and flavours. We were lucky to be the only couple on the day, so very privileged !

Our chef and her husband helped our small group prepare several excellent dishes. We were not disappointed with anything. Most of all we had enjoyed preparing the dishes and learning about Icelandic cuisine. Our experience was a great value.
