Within Expectations, quite a decent zoo. 3 1/2 stars for me.

I would rate this 3 1/2 stars if that is possible, if not then a 4 Why a 4. First do NOT expect... read more

I would rate this 3 1/2 stars if that is possible, if not then a 4 Why a 4. First do NOT expect zoos like in the West- big ones with exotic animals- like rhinos, hippos (the only hippo I found here was a wooden...More

This zoo is really small but cute. We went during the week and it felt like we had the place to ourselves. You can get really close to the animals and even pet them if you are brave enough. We fell in love with the...More

This Zoo has Icelandic animals only - a good chance to see Arctic Foxes, seals, etc., and is almost a petting zoo. Animals seem well cared for.

DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE! Its absolutely terrible for the animals! They smaller animals have small small cages with no daylights, walking at concrete. The seals has a small water cage with no where to hide. It’s like a zoo from the 90th and I...More

It doesn’t cost a lot to get in here but that’s not surprising given the fact there are barely any animals to see here. The very few that are here you can pet so that’s nice but I feel the animals should be living in...More

My boyfriend and I (32 and 24) visited the zoo today and to be honest, had a really good time. We were under no illusions- as we had looked at the website prior- and really enjoyed wandering around and seeing the animals! We spent about...More

The zoo is really small with few animals. The only interesting moment was to see the seals swimming in the pool in the middle of this zoo. Apart from that there is not much to see (if you have never saw chickens or geese).

Wife son and I recently visited and really enjoyed the Zoo, its a little small but enough animals to see and feeding times to attend. While we visited in the winter I imagine this place is really busy in the spring/summer when more areas are...More

Wouldn't actually be able to comment on the zoo itself as despite the website claiming to be open on New Years day, it was in fact closes. My partner and I had walked for 40 minutes to get to the zoo only to find it...More
