A quick trip to Iceland doesn't mean missing the highlights, and this full-day tour of the South Coast explores glaciers, waterfalls, a volcano, and a puffin habitat. Travel in a Wi-Fi-equipped Mercedes Benz minibus, which allows you to upload photos to social media with ease. Stop at Seljalandsfoss and Skogafoss waterfalls, find views of Sólheimajökull glacier and Eyjafjallajökull volcano, and then look for puffins on a black-sand beach. Your guide provides information crucial to understanding Iceland's eco-system throughout the tour.

Very friendly staff - cute horses. A perfect riding tour for families with no or little riding experience. Wonderful riding tour at the black beach of Vik.

Very nice walk on the black sand beach with our guides Sanna & Deirdre, special attention for beginners from their side. We’ve loved it, I highly recommend taking this tour.

My girlfriend and I were staying in Vik and knew that the black sand beach was high on the list to see, but we stumbled across this riding tour and couldn't be happier we did. I'm not particularly into horses but I had a great time on a friendly horse named Kvika and my partner (who loves horses) was loving it as Icelandic horses are quite unique and have a special run that they can do. Our guide Sanna was very friendly and clearly loves the horses and what she does. She helped me to feel at ease as a novice and gave my partner plenty of space. Would highly recommend putting this on your list!

We stayed an hour outside of Vik, and I took a chance and called the day before hoping they'd be open and have a spot free and they were and did! I went on the 10:30 ride on Stigandi, a beautiful old fiesty horse who excels in the tolt. I wanted to ride especially to experience that gait which is wonderful and joyful. Dierdre and Filip led the ride, they provided me with overalls to stay extra warm (perfect! Though was so bunched up with my own layers on the horse that getting on was a bit comedic) The ride is lovely. Out to the beach, and then more experienced riders can go for a canter/gallop up and down the beach. The less experienced riders went over in another direction. The horses are lovely and well cared for, the stables are clean, Dierdre and Filip are lovely company and very helpful. They'll stop at the most picturesque point to take pictures so no need to pull out your camera, just enjoy the ride the view and the spectacular creatures you have the privilege of riding. Enjoy!
