Family did the Gorge Loop, many people doing it at the same time. Great sights and views, some pieces a bit more challenging on the body. Overall, awesome time.

A very scenic drive through the gorge with great views of the Manawatu river and railroad and tunnels alongside the other side of the gorge. Believe can be very icy in winter months

Love the Gorge loop more than any other bush walk in the Manawatu. And it's so popular so it must be great, right? Would recommend for anyone that s looking for a nice walk

Perfect place for a quick but intensive workout, Easily managed by myself and the children, Probably needs some filling in along places but other than that its a nice place to get some decent exercise in.
