Plenty to see inside this museum spread over 2 floors. Documents and silver and goldware on display. Admission is on a combined ticket with the cathedral.

A very beautiful cathedral set in the heart of Mdina old city. I would recommend anybody who enjoys visiting classically styled cathedrals to visit.

Dear Valentina, thank you for your postive comments. The museum is unique on various aspects, the building and its history, the artefacts and the fact that most of the items on display were bequeathed by donors.

The collection has some fascinating elements - especially the coin collection and the Durer woodcuts. But, dear oh dear, how poorly curated it is. Very dusty cabinets, old handwritten interpretative lables and no guidance for the art collection. Really needs some TLC and a new...More

I wasn't expecting much from the Cathedral's museum and was most pleasantly surprised. There is a lot to see and it is very well kept. The building itself is beautiful too. Don't skip the museum for the cathedral. It is well worth a visit.

We did this along with the cathedral tour and it was disappointing. Personally it was a bit boring and not very well put together.
