Booked tour day before. Although I gave the wrong phone number I did email to correct my mistake. I had given my email address so if they had tried the original phone number they could have emailed instead. I've had no reply.Attempted to call several times but only got
recorded message to say they were unavailable. Not impressed at all!

Great way to tour old city one of our party can't walk very long distances and this was perfect, saw all the sights with the tour and the audio guide was great we opted for having a driver but you can drive yourself. Can't recommend enough

Following the map of 21 sites of interest in the walled city, in an electric car. Headphones given individually and worked really well. GPS worked well in car, as you arrived, it stated which place of interest. Ramiz was very friendly and helpful. Reassured us, any problems to call and he would know exactly where we were due to GPS.

The young boy offered us this place for different places, and we wanted to thank you for showing us this place. Thank you, you are warm-blooded people, you love your work and the cars are so nice that next time we want to use.

They're very friendl.History and area knowledge is perfect. You could see 21 most beautiful part of the old City center in the castle. I certainly advice.

All I can say is wow.... What an amazing time we had in this tour with Tugsat. He took us to places we would never have fou d and was an excellent guide.. He was very knowledgeable and took some amazing photographs for myself and my husband. Would highly recommend using these guys for a Tour...Amazing. X
