Cengiz and his team (especially Andy and Ioan) were fantastic!
Communication with Cengiz from the UK to to N Cyprus to set up our PADI open water diver courses for the whole family was brilliant.
Right from the start they made it an enjoyable, fun and safe experience for the whole family (including our 4 "children" aged from 10 - 23 years). Cengiz was especially brilliant with my 10 year old daughter, never made her feel rushed and I think has made a life long SCUBA fan! I honestly can't recommend them enough!
Communication with Cengiz from the UK to to N Cyprus to set up our PADI open water diver courses for the whole family was brilliant.

Life Changing! Thank you Cengiz, Jan and the rest of the Team. (Did the try dive and then PADI Open Water Course in Sept – Sincere apologies for the late review!). Cengiz, Jan and the team were friendly, welcoming, and most important for me, patient. I have gone from having a real phobia of deep water and boats to taking my PADI open water course. My husband still can’t believe it now.
I just wanted to have a go at the try dive, from the shore. I had tried one of these once before in Greece, but it wasn’t a PADI centre and they rushed it and in the end I panicked and bailed. I really wanted to try again, so looked for a PADI centre this time in the hope it would be better. It went really well, I loved it and I found the whole experience calm. It went at a pace that was based on my confidence and ability. I soon felt that I was in control of my gear after learning about the equipment and buoyancy jacket and I soon forgot about it and just enjoyed the underwater experience.
This gave me the confidence to try the open water course. I thought what’s the worse that can happen, if don’t manage to complete it, at least I tried. There was a fair bit of reading to do online to take the exam part, but it was worth it. The practical learning side on my dives was fun but always professional and the team made us feel like family.
This really has changed my life, and I can’t thank you all enough. Now I am looking forward to future holidays where I can scuba and not just snorkel. Thank you all so much, we will be back. If anyone is considering a try dive, do it with Cengiz and his team.

When I visit Scuba Centres around the world, they usually fall into one of two categories, the ones that are run purely for profit and the ones that are run for the love of it.
This centre feels like it falls exclusively on the side of the love of diving.
The owner, Cengiz is one of the friendliest and most professional dive centre owners I've even met and this attitude has helped create a wonderful atmosphere when diving with North Cyprus British Scuba Centre. It is reflected in all the people around that work with him for the love of Diving and this is what you notice when you dive with them.
On the two days we spent diving, we were taken via boat to a nice hidden gem of a location that had lots of relics from a sunken roman boat it seems. Amir, a friend of the centre took it upon himself as a sort of personal guide for the day and helped make the day extra special with his infectious enthusiasm . Thanks Amir!
The second day was a double dive around the Wreck of the Zenobia, Andy, another friend of the centre and dive master, was our guide. He was a very experienced diver and was full of great knowledge about the island as we drove over the border to the south side for the day.
While on the south, we boarded a communal dive boat had two dives around the wreck (which was amazing) and then had some very nice lunch before we popped to a Costa Coffee and then headed back.
Overall, this was probably the highlight of our holiday and would 100% go back there if we ever revisit North Cyprus!

This year I went to Cengiz to do my advanced open water course, I loved every moment of it. It was a tough work but gained the experience and confidence required for a diver. Thanks to all staff, specially Cengiz.

I have always wanted to scuba dive but never felt brave enough, I have a 10 and 8 year old, when I saw the 'bubble experience' I decided to go for it! The day was absolutely perfect, the team were amazing making us feel very safe and secure. My two kids were breathing underwater with all the gear within minutes, after the extremely detailed safety briefing. I would highly recommend this company, especially for nervous beginners, and for families. The team were also very kind sharing coffee and lunch with us afterwards, thank you so much...we will return!

Cengiz and team are all amazing couldn’t be more helpful and accommodating, they know what they are doing and you feel very safe when with them. This is the third time me and my family have dived with Cengiz and next year will be getting the the PADI course booked in for us all before we go out on holiday. Thanks again Cengiz. Amazing experience would def recommend.

I would thoroughly recommend Cengiz and the team. We booked the PADI open water diver and completed the coursework online and the dives in Cyprus. The instructors were very patient and took us through the course at our pace ensuring safety was foremost at every step of the way. The dive sites were amazing and the team exceptional. Don’t just think about it do it!

I came to this centre to gain my advanced qualification and can’t thank everyone enough for how kind they are and for the exceptional quality of the sessions. I thoroughly enjoyed diving here and plain to visit again.

Last year I have done my IDC instructor training with Cengiz. For me Cengiz was a great teacher, with so much experience, that I felt very well prepared for the IE, the instructor exam. It was hard work, but also a lot of fun with great support from all staff at North Cyprus British Scuba Center. Thank you all and especially thank you Cengiz!

Hello , my name is Frank Milner and I am staying at the Hotel Pia Bella Kyrenia from 20th to 26th December . I would like to dive for at least one day whilst I am in the area or may be just do snorkelling. Can you recommend some good beaches to do snorkelling. Is it possible to visit the Fred site just outside Kyrenia. I you would like to telephone me when I am at the hotel that would be appreciated. Frank Milner

Best thing to do is contact Cengiz and he will be able to help you. I could recommend Turtle Beach as friendly snorkelling area.

We are here visiting family but are staying at the Pia Bella.
I'd like to do a dive or two while here. I'm novice open water (26 dives) Last dives were January.
My husband would like to try exploratory dive please.
How much in Lira is a dive trip please and what arrangement do we need to make please

I got a boat dive going on tomorrow morning at 10 am.
If you want you can join us.
The dive site I am planing to go is called power station, one of the best in the north. Also, I will have another boat dive on Thursday and Saturday morning, but as weather on Thursday looks not very good I may cancel this dive.
On Wednesday at 10 am I can take your husband for Discover scuba Diving (Exploratory Dive).
Just confirm this then I can tell you when and where you will meet me.
Boat dive price 120 TL and Discover Scuba diving price is 210 TL.
