Is the only named Saint Lazarus chuch in the island, and one of the oldest churches. Is in the center of the town and very easy to visit. The icons are very old and very well preserved. Is a mus to visit it.

St Lazarus church is my favourite church in Cyprus. Just approaching it from the outside is stunning, especially at night when it is lit up. Inside is spiritual and peaceful place. If visiting please show respect by dressing respectfully.

Very nice church but it was very warm inside. I expected it to be cool inside like churches are but it was not. However a must see in Larnaca.

The church is breathtaking with all the ornates; Its architecture is great. You can spend an hour here just looking around.

The site is nice and pleasant, an interesting architectural presence between the somewhat ruined image Larnaca offered us. The golden iconostasis was impressive but if you're not into religious stuff it's not really a good show.

The exterior is stunning by day and night. The interior has beautiful art and icons. Originally from the 9th century - it supposedly housed the remains of Lazarus in the early middle ages. Wonderful cafes around the square for morning, afternoon, and evening.

I loved this old church and shrine to St Lazarus. His bones are encased in an ornate ossary inside the church, you can go down into the crypt and see where he was buried. My daughter felt a strange sensation while we were down there...More

Definitely worth a look, classic Orthodox Church filled with icons. Seats are interesting and it has a serene feeling. Old Larnaca is a treat for architecture, history and art lovers.

Visit Nicosia go to Turkish side but you will need your passport to get in worth a visit the walled city. Take the local buses dirt cheap and the intercity buses all meet on the beach road in Larnaca finicoudis
