Is this the best walk in Cyprus? no. But is a damn good one that is feasible for almost everyone. It takes you probably 2,5 to 3,5 hours to do this trail. It starts with quite a climb in full sun, but is is one that goes steadily. Thereafter (300 m higher), you get very nice views and a nice... More

Well, if you are into just eating some dust and getting your quad Jones satisfied, have at this tiny foray into what was once nature before being ripped apart by machines. If you are out for a hike, try early AM before the mechanized monsters scare off all the fauna with their grinding engines. The Blue Lagoon waters are worth a... More

Pleasant walk, starts ophill to the viewpoint and then down towards the sea. Too bad 4x4 vehicles can reach part of the trail. Would not do it in high season

The Trail to Fontana Amoroza This is the easiest walk from the Baths of Aphrodite, a 6km stroll which follows the coast to a small spring. The Fontana Amoroza (“Fountain of Love”) was named by Italian poet-traveller Ludovico Ariosto. The route is hugely popular, and if you do this walk in summer try to set off very early or late... Start out at Aphrodite's Bath and head off along the track. There is little shade and it was very hot, even in early October so be prepared. You will need reasonable footwear as the trail is rough and steep in places. Well worth the effort for the fantastic views of this beautiful area of Cyprus. Watch out for the 4... More

We walked on that trail after visiting the bath of aphrodite (boring). We hiked up to that church ruin nearby that huge ancient tree and back (not the full trail, which was too long for our kid). Along the way you get some really stunning views and beautiful landscapes. All in all it was an about 5-6 km long hike... More
