First of all, it is a place where you can totally hide, which I really appreciate. By saying that I mean there is a wild part of the beach, which is rocky. However, huge white rocks never get too hot, therefore it is possible to...More

Governor's Beach is situated off the well-trodden path, where a wall of white-washed cliffs plunge into the shore, standing out from the surroundings. Restaurants and facilities are located throughout its length, and the nearby hills offer some suggestive walking trials.

The Small bay offers a perfect place to sit in the sun. Sunbeds, parasols and food and drinks available. Also toilets nearby. We sat there perfectly, but which brain thinks that guests are awaiting loud lounge music? Check with your guests before ruining a perfect...More

Clear water, dark sand. Quaint little beaches, feels unspoilt. Visited 2 restaurants, nice food. Overall a good day. Keep your flip flops on as the sand can be hot!

Somehow I conflated the words Governor’s and Beach and conjured up a white sandy beach - not this time! The beach had very little sand and, being out of season, was a little messier than it might be during the summer months so it was...More

Usually come here every weekend. It's far enough away from any watersports etc. You can sit on the grass under the trees and there are plenty of restaurants for fresh fish and wine.
