Disappointing. The exhibits are poorly displayed and lit in some very old fashioned display cabinets. There is an air of decline and neglect. Perhaps local municipal funding has been severely reduced. Could be so much better.

There is a wide collection of articles and crafts, depicting the folk history of Cyprus in a nut shell - its people, art, culture, traditions, society and people. Tools, homeware, national costumers, pieces of art, jewellery, all show how things were decades ago.

nice museum in an unexpected place. House in a classical building, separated in rooms. Traditional tools, clothing and furniture anything you would expect from such a museum.
