Took local bus to have a look around Nice views down to harbour plenty of café and restaurants. We went into the indoor market that was bigger than I thought it would be lots of tatt. :)

Headed to old town after trip to harbor, went to both destinations on bus, loads of bus stops locally that go to harbor where you can pretty much get a bus anywhere. Old town had great shopping, lots to see, stopped at kavacafe for late...More

Definitely had a face lift since my last visit and some nice eateries and shops BUT a lot of empty areas and not just out of season; not enough for a day trip but for a couple of hours......?

Went to market, it was fine with a good selection of various stuff. We had a walk around the shops too, sadly quite a few are closed, not sure if it’s a seasonal thing or austerity. It’s the same all over though unfortunately. There was...More

OK, here is my quick summary (TL;DR) version .... there is no quaint little 'old town' here, just a fairly large market, some regenerated looking shops, and a couple of semi decent bars / cafes that are ok for a couple of drinks. As its...More
