The building and views are spectacular. That’s the only reason it’s not a 1 star review.

We ordered a 5 wine tasting for my wife and I had a soft drink as driving. The server (you couldn’t possibly call her a sommelier) didn’t actually say anything rude, but she was so sour I’m sure it turned the wines sour. I had a small sip of each wine (the glass was not changed between wines) and I can honestly say I would have sent each one back if ordered at a restaurant. The pouring spout looked like it needed a good clean, and even in the white wine it was crusted with red wine.

Needless to say we left empty handed, which produced an even more sour response from the staff.

The lady who served me was very rude and abrupt. Her manner needs much improvement if she is to continue being front of house welcoming prospective clients. Why do you insist on using the same 1 glass to sample your wines. I should have left as soon as my request for another glass for each tasting was denied and did not appreciate the snigger with the 2 ladies. I speak Greek so I know what was said, least to say very unprofessional and I will take my business where it will be appreciated.

Fantastic wines and a very nice place in the mountains! We were driving by car so we did not taste wines, but had tasted their wines at local restaurants. A bottle for 28 euros costs 11 euros in their store. Excellent wine

We were finally able to revisit the Vasilikon Winery in Kathikas and got also to see the owner Giannis Kyriakides and his Team. As always the service, food and wine were excellent and the whole team made sure everything was in order, clean and safe for everyone. The view of the whole area and vineyards are breath taking!

It is easy to be beguiled by the holiday vibe but we have returned home and have just had a bottle of the Cabernet Sauvignon with a roast dinner.
It was and all the white and rose that we drank in Cyprus are truly outstanding.
We loved the winery. The food was incredible and the wine matched the food.
The winery and the restaurant have awesome views.
We can’t recommend the winery highly enough. Whether you want to buy some really great wine or whether you want to have a great meal - give it a go.
We brought quite a bit of wine home with us and it was planned to share it with friends as gifts. Tough! If they want some they can go to Cyprus and buy there own. We are keeping it all.
We will definitely visit again when in the region.

The winery is surrounded Breathtaking views of rural wine country. There is a lovely terrace to enjoy your wine flights. We went on a rainy day and stayed inside. The staff was pleasant and their wines were most interesting. We bought a few of their special labels Reds. And, we ate at their restaurant where the food was outstanding. Would highly recommend it. Worth the drive and combine it w/another winery or activity for the day. Much fun.

We have just been for a wine tasting and lunch at Vasilikon Winery. What a wonderful place. The tasting was great(although I am a massive fan of Vasilikon wine so I knew I would love it). We then sat outside on the huge terrace and had lunch. Hubby had the fillet steak and I had sea bass. Accompanied by a gorgeous chilled bottle of rosé. Utterly delightful. It felt a little bit magical....loved every second of it and will be returning on many an occasion I expect!

We visited for a wine tasting followed by lunch. Firstly the service was very good, the wines were great and many made from local grape varieties which you wouldn't find in the UK, the food was tasty and reasonably priced, and the views from the terrace were spectacular. A lovely visit.

We visited several wineries during our visit to Cyprus and were generally very impressed.

But this is something special and the Vasilikon wines were the ones we chose to bring home to England. Just wish we could buy them here !

If you are a lover of fine wine this is a must visit.

We visited before lunch time yesterday and were the only people in the winery which was bliss! We started with a look around the museum and then sampled some of the wine. The lady who offered the tasting was very friendly and informative.

We opted to buy a couple of glasses and a charcuterie board and enjoy the stunning balcony at the back. The food and wine were very good value seeing as it’s all made on site - a glass of was €3.50 and a bottle to take away was only €6! The charcuterie board was €8 for two people and was amazing.

Would definitely recommend if you enjoy good wine. Romantic, peaceful setting. We are staying in Coral Bay and our taxi was €45 for a round trip on a magnificent road that overlooked Paphos & Peyia!!
