This is an extraordinary place and not to be missed experience. The signage and remnants of Roman houses overlaid over Greek is an excellent. Allow more time than we had.

If you are anywhere within striking distance of Pafos this is a must. There are much bigger archeological parks elsewhere in Cyprus which contain more ruins, though The Pafos park benefits from being comparatively compact and flat. What is so fantastic are all the mosaics. There are so many that the majority are alas, covered in protective stone chippings until... More

Once you find this its a great way to spend a few hours, were comfortable shoes as its mostly rough ground and make sure you take a drink with you in summer. Its really impressive to see how well thing were made when you think if the limited resources they had.

A very impressive display of the old mosaics and ancient living conditions in Cyprus. The amphitheatre has amazing acoustics.

I didn't know what to expect from this day out, but this place travels through time. For the small amount u pay, this is a truly spectacular place, from the Romans through the centurys, it's... The mind boggles as to how many people worked on the mosaics in this world heritage site. The conservation is of the highest standard and no doubt there is more under the ground than above. What a shame that Cyprus doesn't have the people and finance to unearth it all. Don't miss this place at all costs. Breathtaking is a... More

We walked from Paphos along the coastal route past the lighthouse and the castle to visit this park. It's a beautiful walk and has been paved for the Cultural Capital which Paphos has been awarded for 2017. The Kato Archeological site is very large and you can spend several hours here. Students have free entry to all historical sites which... More

The Archaeological Park is really worth to visit. The park is quite big and you need to have at least 2h to see everything. Mosaic at Dionisos house floors are really amaizing. The ruins are beautiful some columns and arches still preserved. The colour of the stones take you back in time. One of the best places to visit in... More
