About
Kings Avenue Mall is an impressive full concept shopping mall ideally located in the heart of central Paphos convenient for both local residents and tourists. It is the most modern mall of Cyprus and offers visitors the ultimate shopping experience. Leading international fashion brands and retailers, high fashion boutiques, specialty stores and services, a variety of popular and world-known restaurant chains and cafes, a multiplex cinema with 6 screens, an arcade and children's indoor and outdoor play area are all available for your shopping, entertainment and leisure. It is a modern architectural design with a stylish interior layout and a vast selection of shops. On the ground floor you can find several department stores, fashion shops for men, women and children, a supermarket and a mega toy and home ware store. On the first floor there are additional fashion shops, kids' fashion stores, sports apparel, lifestyle and services shops, cosmetics stores, toys, gifts, jewelleries, lingerie, fashion accessories, electronics and multimedia, opticians, mini market, and many more. It also comprises of two underground basement levels for easy and accessible parking. On the underground parking areas there is a carwash and there will be service shops, such as dry cleaning, shoe repairs, keys shop, tailoring, flower shop, and more. The Kings Avenue Mall operates on an extended touristic time table seven days a week. It's a state of the art commercial building that has been developed by a joint venture, Athiari Commercial Ltd (Paphos), and is one of the largest commercial developments on the island. The total investment exceeded the amount of €170 million.

I go to this mall quite often and all I have to say is that it never disappoints. There are alot shops to choose from ( makeup, clothes , perfume, ice cream , mini fast food area , wagamama , star bucks , gift shops , jewelry shops)
The shops I recommend for clothes (girls) : Kellys , Zara , Pull and bear ( very cozy shop ) , ovs , mango
Shops I recommend for makeup : Beauty bar, perfect u , beauty line (bit expensive tho!)
Also I really recommend. going to flying tiger and Jumbo!!

What a surprise this place was. On a cloudy/rainy day you could spend some time wandering amongst the retail shops, some familiar (M & S/Zara/Mango & Jack and Jones etc) then upstairs a few eating places including TGI Fridays/Burger King & Costa coffee. Large supermarket and not bad prices
Most interesting shop if you have time is Jumbo which is a combination of IKEA and Toys R Us with so many items and good prices. One way in and only one way out.

A place to visit if you want a break from the sun and a little shopping with the mall boasting a number of shops known to us in the UK. Jumbo as citied by others is like a B&M / Poundland / The Range on steroids and is absolutely massive. The mall was very clean and well presented.
One word of advice, if you are staying at a hotel get them to book you a cab if you are a distance out and check on return the cost of the taxi as these differ by quite a bit.

was a 12 minute walk from our hotel. visited once. it's a decent shopping centre. food court is ok but the self service screens were out of order at everywhere that had them.
went to the supermarket at one end of the centre. i'm a fan of other countries supermarkets and enjoy the differences. this may have been a cheaper supermarket as it seemed similar to lidl/aldi type foods which i'm not a fan of but it was still interesting. couldn't find any cakes strangely.
lots of clothes stores. i was intending on making a few purchases but the european styles were not to my taste.
had food at kfc. chicken pieces bigger than in uk as usual.
it is a nice shopping centre. and there's not a lot to do in Paphos so it's worth a visit

Ended up here by walking from the kings avenue road, they have all the big brand shops but we found a really good cheap shop which could have bankrupt us! Everything was cheap but great quality. We sat in the food court with a drink and noticed there was constant cleaning and access to toilets were close. It sempt quite busy in the food shops which were good to see and there was free wifi which was a bonus!

I didn't know what to expect, so I was surprised to see lots of " high end " clothing shops. I explored 1 level up from ground, and found all the places to eat and drink. I opted for a burger from Burger king, and was surprised at the low price...cheese burger and fries for less than 5 euros. Otherwise just an exploratory visit, but interesting. Drove there in my mobility scooter from the Ivi Mare hotel, along the somewhat bumpy seafront, but a lovely trip.

Great mall, plenty of shopping opportunities and places to eat. We found a little coffee shop where coffee was lovely and they had the best croissants.
Beware when using taxi rank outside mall as we were definitely ripped off. We were charged 10 euros for a five/eight minute taxi ride. Had to use because it was absolutely pouring with rain.
Should have complained but driver not very nice.

Very nice clean shopping mall with a few shops and places to eat. My favourite retail outlet 'ZARA' was so excited to go and shop. Staff were all friendly, also love Pull & Bear. There is a Costa and Starbucks. Kids shops, sports shops, supermarket and clothes shops a nice small range of shops under one roof. Decor is beautiful too, car park at the basement of the shopping mall. Also has free wifi! Use the taxis at the end by Starbucks and try to book a return fair as it is much cheaper.

It’s a nice enough mall plus cinema, but don’t expect different brands - almost all the shops and indeed the food outlets would equally be found in any British shopping mall.
The major exception is the Jumbo shop at the far end - a labyrinth of a shop which best reminded me of a cross between IKEA Marketplace and Woolworths! I’d defy anyone to go in and not buy anything… visiting in December, I have never seen so many Christmas related products in one place, including some which I didn’t even know existed in Christmas versions!

Escape the heat and cool off in this large shopping center.
2 floors of shops, mostly with a food court upstairs. There is a large supermarket downstairs which is cheaper compared to most of the ones there. So be wise to do some major shopping here!
There is also a jumbo, which here is a combination of the action-wibra-intertoys and intratuin. Dirt cheap!
