Please don't go to this Zoo. A former bird sanctuary that has been converted into a zoo. Whilst it has lions and Tigers, these are kept in small enclosures. All animals looked bored and are constantly pacing - not a good sign. Only one elephant ( young)- theses animals live in a family group. Birds of prey kept in small... More

This is a fairly small zoo but with a good selection of animals in good sized enclosures, some of which offer the animals somewhere to get away from humans. There are lots of birds and a comprehensive reptile house. The grounds are nice to walk through, and there is a large kiddies play area. Next to the play area is... More

Went to the zoo today with parents and our children. Found it very clean, all the animals appeared to be happy. Tigers playing together, elephant playing with a tyre etc. The bird show was great. Recently changed from the previous show we saw. They do great work and handled the guests very well when they didn't listen to safety rules.... More

The zoo is very well run and an excellent day out and good value for money, could maybe do with one or two bigger animals.

We had a couples day out for something to do... 2 adults costs 33 euros and the shows never stop. Throughly enjoyed our day.

The zoo has a lot of very beautiful birds and some lovely animals. They put on an indoor show with the birds which is both funny and informative, well worth seeing. We think that some of the animals could be kept in larger enclosures. The White Lions seemed very bored.

Loved this zoo, so much to do and staff are great. Restaurant food was relatively good and we also had the opportunity to feed the giraffes.

We sort of stumbled upon this place by accident but so glad we paid a visit. All the animals look extremely well cared for and have large enclosures. There are a large number of bird species but many other interesting animals too. Well worth a visit!
